Lisa, appreciate you joining us today. Risk taking is something we’re really interested in and we’d love to hear the story of a risk you’ve taken.

One of the biggest risks I’ve taken in my life was moving to California without knowing anyone or having a job lined up. My husband instantly felt a connection to San Francisco – he said it reminded him of home in Cape Town, South Africa. So, I took the plunge and packed up my life in Connecticut and moved out west. It was a scary and daunting experience, but it ended up being one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I found my dream job within a few months of moving and have never looked back. The risk paid off in a big way and I’m so grateful that I took it.

I’m a master colorist who has over 15 years of experience in the industry. I have worked at some of the best salons in San Francisco and Fairfield County, where I perfected my skills. I’m known for my ability to give each client a tailored, custom look that best reflects their natural beauty. I’m also passionate about giving my clients radiant hair color that illuminates their best features while maintaining the integrity of their hair. I’m a true color specialist and my clients love me for the attention to detail I provide, and my dedication to giving them the best possible service.

Thanks to our Google Ads campaigns, Sunday Salon has seen a significant increase in business and is continuing to grow the client base with a strong focus on customer lifetime value.

How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
