Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Lindsey Kaszuba. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Lindsey, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today If you had a defining moment that you feel really changed the trajectory of your career, we’d love to hear the story and details.
I’ve been passionate about health and wellness for as long as I can remember – constantly researching, testing new theories, and following my curiosity. I grew up wanting to help people, though I wasn’t quite sure how.
After college, I moved to NYC and started working in the fashion industry, thinking I could help women feel confident through style and dressing well. But deep down, I felt drawn to something more.
When I became a mom, that feeling intensified. While working in business development and brand partnerships at a beauty startup, I started to think – how can I make a bigger impact?
In January 2020, I followed my heart and got certified as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. Then COVID hit right as I found out I was pregnant with baby #2 and the entire world shut down.
Talk about a wake up call. I knew it was time for a change, but still unsure what that meant for me.
After my daughter was born, it finally clicked – I could combine my passion for health with my desire to help women feel good from the INSIDE out.
I left my corporate career behind, dove into coaching, and haven’t looked back since. It really was one of the most defining moments of my life.
Now I get to help women transform their health through creating sustainable, empowering habits. It’s so rewarding to see them gain confidence that radiates from within, and finally have the confidence they’ve been seeking.
It took me awhile to find my purpose, but I’m so grateful to now empower others on their wellness journeys.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
Hi, I’m Lindsey! Certified Health Coach, Founder of Lindsey Kaszuba Health, Creator of Health Club Collective, and mom of three. I’m also a recovering perfectionist, traveler, living the plant-based life, skin-care & beauty addict, and lover of all things self-development.
I was just like you – overwhelmed and confused by all the contradicting “health” information, lacking body confidence, and feeling like what I was doing was never good enough, while also trying to show up 100% for my family. I felt stuck and never quite reaching my health goals – struggling with rigid & restricting diets yet always feeling guilty about what I ate.
My relationship with my body and with food was completely distorted – I associated them with shame and restriction rather than nourishment and self-care. When I saw what was happening I knew I needed to change. I committed to not just wanting to change, but making it happen.
I learned how to transform my mindset and heal my relationship with food. I found a simple approach to health and it changed my life.
I understand the busy chaos of juggling family, work, and health. I know how hard it is to stay motivated and resist unhealthy patterns because I’ve been there. You CAN make simple, realistic changes that empower you to live a healthy and vibrant life.
Don’t waste another minute hating your reflection, you deserve to feel beautiful, capable, and proud. You can start writing a new health story – one step at a time – when you decide it’s time.

Have any books or other resources had a big impact on you?
Absolutely! There are many, but a profound one is working with Future Self. Organically, Jamie is an incredible teacher of this concept so definitely look her up! The idea of Future Self is looking into the future – into the version of you that already has everything you want and are working for. If you start showing up and taking action steps from the version of you that already has everything you desire – how can you not achieve it? This has greatly impacted my daily actions and what I choose to focus on each day.
Do you think you’d choose a different profession or specialty if you were starting now?
I wouldn’t change a single thing on my path. Every turn, every failure, every win got me to where I am now. I learn through trial and error – and I’ve learned to accept this – even when the outcome isn’t what I was hoping for. When I fail I know I’ve learned something valuable and can pivot to find what is truly aligned with what I want to achieve.
