We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Lindsay Morgan Snyder a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Lindsay Morgan , thanks for joining us today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?

“Deep down, we all yearn for redemption from life’s losses. We hope to turn adversity into opportunity. But is it possible? I firmly believe it is. For years, I’ve heard the advice, ‘Lindsay, turn your pain into profit.’ At first, I thought it sounded daunting. However, drawing closer to God has proven to be the wisest decision of my life. Why, you might ask? Because God is a redeemer. In the Bible, He promises to ‘work all things together for our good,’ and I’ve witnessed this in my own life. It wasn’t always an easy journey, but God is the ultimate storyteller. We are made in His image, and I’ve come to see myself as a storyteller too. I believe that sharing our stories has the power to bring healing and promote human flourishing.
I didn’t set out on this path intentionally. It began as a simple prayer, ‘God, help me discover what you created me to do on this earth.’ In response, God guided me, step by step, as I learned to connect and communicate with Him intimately. He is a gentleman, allowing us to chart our course if we so choose, but His ways are always much better. My first-ever blog, ‘Putting the Pencil Down,’ was born during a lunch break 13 years ago. It became a place where I conversed with God, discovering His practical and genuine presence.
I cherish meaningful connections and communication with loved ones, and I found a deep love for God because of His unique love for me. Although I had a great family and many friends, I was seeking love in the wrong places. It took years to realize that I was struggling with something I later identified as self-hatred. Admitting this often feels shameful, but acknowledging it was the key to breaking free from the mental and emotional barriers that hindered my life.
In my youth, I was drawn to professional and personal development courses. I recall seeing a book titled ‘How to Win Friends and Influence People’ in my mom’s collection when I was just nine years old. While I couldn’t fully comprehend it at the time, it piqued my curiosity. Decades later, I met Jesus and experienced His constant, loving presence, which led me to explore the intersection of my passion for personal growth and my newfound connection with God.
This journey culminated in my book, ‘Letting Love In: How God Renews Relationships by Crushing Your Inner Critic.’ It’s a lighthearted, practical guide that empowers you to conquer your inner critic and embrace God’s love in a fresh way. This book paved the way for author-guided online courses featuring ‘The Scripting Method™,’ a powerful tool I co-created with God. It’s become a DIY inner healing methodology, allowing people to connect and communicate with God on a profound level.
This method transformed my life, freeing me from negative self-talk, perfectionism, chronic self-doubt, and many other challenges. While it may sound like a laundry list of issues, it’s incredible to witness how God’s practical approach helps us overcome these obstacles in our daily lives.
At times, I thought, ‘Doesn’t everyone already know how to do this?’ Yet, when I had the privilege of speaking at small conferences and sharing this method, people experienced immediate and profound breakthroughs. Simultaneously, I was pursuing ministry school, working hard, and struggling to make ends meet financially. Despite having made a significant amount of money earlier in my life, I found myself at the bottom, barely scraping by. Learning to fully depend on God was both uncomfortable and liberating.
After one conference where I invested my own money, went unpaid but was allowed to sell my books, I questioned God, saying, ‘I thought everyone already knew this method of communicating and connecting with you.’ His response was clear, ‘No, Lindsay, I gave it to you to build a business around.’
I was terrified of selling what I considered ‘God’s stuff,’ but my financial struggles forced me to reevaluate. It took years to accept that a financial model was necessary for my mission to continue. I faced resistance and pushback, but when you’ve hit rock bottom and realize you may be approaching things incorrectly, it becomes a catalyst for change – a prime example of God working all things together for good.
Not everything in life is good, but when we surrender ‘the things’ to God, He works them for our benefit and His glory. He is truly an amazing God!
So, I continued to follow His lead, creating author-led courses (https://lindsaymorgan.co/courses) designed to help people connect, communicate, and create with God. Learning to embrace God’s love transformed my life, teaching me to love myself as He loves me, silence my inner critic, and step into a realm of possibilities I never thought attainable.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

“I assist everyday individuals in conquering their inner critic and embracing self-love in alignment with God’s love. Through my teachings, I empower them to establish a profound connection and communication with God, fostering flourishing and daily encouragement in every aspect of their lives. This transformation allows them to achieve far more than they ever believed possible. My own journey has been a testament to this change, and I’m passionate about guiding others on the same path.
While we are currently in the process of developing television shows, children’s programs, and various entertainment media for the future, our present offerings include individual author-led courses and an 8-week interactive mentoring program. This program takes individuals from the depths of self-hatred, the struggle to hear from God, and the feeling of being stuck, providing them with an effective inner healing methodology. Once learned, this method becomes self-sustaining with the Lord, delivering breakthrough after breakthrough in all areas of life and feeling proudly loved and encouraged as you go through life.

What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?

We have the privilege of crafting creations that foster human flourishing, envisioning a world where everyone thrives. The prospect may appear nearly impossible, but the beauty it would bring to all lives involved is truly remarkable—beauty being one of my cherished passions. Often, we unknowingly hinder ourselves, struggling to recognize our own obstacles and unsure of how to step aside to embrace our true potential. Collaborating with God in the act of creation is a source of profound joy for me. The notion of receiving divine ideas from Heaven is nothing short of awe-inspiring.
One of our courses, ‘Creating with your Creator,’ holds a special place in my heart. We were designed to be the bearers of Christ’s image, and He, alongside the Father in Heaven, sculpted the very Universe we inhabit. Furthermore, He carefully crafted each one of us—an exquisite masterpiece.
Our mission is to guide individuals in discovering their intrinsic worth and value, empowering them to embark on the journey they were specifically created for. With the Wisdom Giver by their side at every step, we have the privilege of assisting people in achieving just that. This is what I have the honor of doing—helping individuals uncover their purpose and potential by connecting them and teaching them to communicate intimately with the Lover of their Soul. God Himself who is Love!

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?

My ultimate test of resilience came after a profoundly challenging period in my life. There were moments when I questioned whether I could continue on my life’s journey. However, His boundless kindness and unwavering presence were my constant companions, sustaining me day after day. During this tumultuous season, I found solace in the very method He had gifted me—a method designed to help people establish a deep connection and communication with Him. It was during this time when I had almost no one else but Him that I discovered the profound truth that when God is all you have, He is truly all you need.
Each day brought its own set of pains, and I often felt lost in the midst of suffering. But I clung to the knowledge that God loved me, and that sustained me as I poured out my heart to Him throughout the day. It was a form of healing that I desperately needed during that season of my life.
He guided every single moment, showering me with love through The Scripting Method™ in ways I could have never imagined. In essence, both He and the method He bestowed upon me saved my life. The way He operates, with His supernatural ways, never ceases to amaze me
