We were lucky to catch up with Lindsay Goodwin recently and have shared our conversation below.

Lindsay , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today We’d love to hear about the best advice you’ve ever given to a client? (Please note this response is for education/entertainment purposes only and shouldn’t be construed as advice for the reader)

I have been an expert in Fertility, Women’s Health, Intuitive Energy Healing, and Mindset for over 13 years. In that time, I have witnessed some incredible transformations take place in the lives of my clients.

My advice to my clients is always the same: belief in yourself and the power you hold within. We all have so much potential that lies just inside us, waiting to be tapped into; it’s having faith in ourselves to see the possibilities within reach. Science and technology are great tools for understanding our physical health, but I love the power of energy and how it can help us heal mentally and spiritually.

My goal as an expert has always been to help my clients find a balance between mind, body, and spirit – something that cannot be achieved solely through medical treatments or technological breakthroughs alone. My job is to guide them on their journey toward self-discovery and healing.

I work with my clients in an integrative approach combining science, natural medicine, wisdom, intuitive healing, and mindset. One significant area I work with my clients on is connecting with their body through meditation and visualization exercises to tap into the power within –– the power we all possess but often forget about or don’t know how to access correctly –– and things began shifting once it’s tapped into!

My clients achieve pregnancy quickly while working with me and my signature method! I also see a lot of women, not just on fertility journeys, though; I work with women who are transforming their lives, which is the real root of my expertise. But even more important than just achieving pregnancy, my clients discover profound changes inside of themselves during our work together: they gain confidence in themselves like never before, and they go from feeling stuck at a dead-end job to becoming an entrepreneur who run multiple successful businesses, develop strong relationships with people around them by opening up emotionally (often haven’t been able to do previously), find peace within by learning how to trust life again…the list goes on!

In short: despite all odds stacked against many of my clients over the years, they are incredible women who completely shift physically and mentally by believing in themselves and tapping into the powerful energy within us all!

Through my own journey of healing and empowerment, I am on a mission to help women achieve optimal fertility, healthy pregnancy, balanced hormones, feel emotionally free from trauma and energy blocks, have vibrant wellness, and have the confidence to feel alive, living through their unique energy!

I am a Fellow of FABORM: The Acupuncture & TCM Board of Reproductive Medicine, a board-certified fertility & women’s health expert, and the founder of Garnet Moon. For over 13 years, I have been helping women achieve their goals in reproductive health, fertility, pregnancy support, hormones with natural medicine, wisdom, energy healing, and the power of mindset. I am also a certified meditation instructor and master coach in NLP, EFT, hypnosis, and an intuitive medium.

My mission is to provide safe and effective healthcare options for women that empower them to take control of their health, increase their fertility success, and be their advocate while working to feel their best or manifesting their dream of adding to their family. My journey began in 2007 when I became tired of having painful periods, emotional imbalances, feeling like my soul was caged due to living a life and working a career that just wasn’t me, and enduring awful digestive problems with food sensitivities my whole life. I was fed up and needed a way to heal myself, feel more empowered, and align with my true calling. This was when I became curious about natural medicine, feminine energies, science, acupuncture, eastern medicine, how the universe works, intuitive healing, and the power of mindset and manifesting.

In 2016 I opened Wellbody Chicago, then in 2022 moved to Denver, Colorado, and opened Garnet Moon, which offers various services, including individual consultations, online courses, reiki healing, intuitive coaching, fertility coaching, acupuncture, Chinese medicine, functional medicine, and a luxury apothecary.

I also developed my ground-breaking online fertility support program, The Garnet Moon Fertility Method, which is jam-packed with resources for optimizing your fertility, hormones, health, emotional support, mindset, and intuitive wisdom. I work one-to-one with my clients for fertility coaching and intuitive wellness to offer them the support they need while navigating the twists and turns of a fertility journey, whether it be assisted fertility treatments or trying to conceive naturally. I offer help with a 90% success rate, which has been my method for over 13 years, so the results are backed by years of success stories!

I am inspired daily by the courage I see among my clients. It’s an honor for me to help them along their journey toward greater wellness, having freedom from imbalanced hormones, achieving optimal fertility & having a healthy baby, and feeling alive more than they ever have felt!

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?

I will say that I have not always liked taking risks, but the more I have learned to trust myself and the universe, the more I am a risk-taker. Because the key here — is trusting yourself always. Something unfortunately taught in our societies from generation to generation not to do. Why are we prepared to seek the answers outside of ourselves? Often a question I wonder. I’ve learned this is a big lie that has been told to keep you from realizing everything you need is within you and always has been.

I am on a mission to help others RE—find themselves and trust in all of their extraordinary magic. I mentor my clients on what I know and have learned from my journey and own growth. So, here it is… my resilience is trusting myself and taking all the risks I align with, even if it doesn’t make sense right then. Greatness isn’t happening from staying in your comfort zone, like ever …. promise!

So, here is a backstory about me. I knew this universe held something magical from the moment I was born. Sometimes I felt like an outsider and struggled to fit in with those around me. Despite my attempts to hide it, a part of me always knew that there was something special inside me, a power that could not be contained or hidden away forever.

I grew up and followed what society told me to do—I got a job in corporate America, and while it paid the bills, my soul yearned for more. It felt as if I had been caged all these years—like I hadn’t been following my heart nor living out the purpose for which I came here into this world.

So one day, after much contemplation and inner work, I took a giant leap forward by leaving my corporate job and enrolled in school to become a doctor of Natural Medicine & Chinese Medicine -–a field where helping others heal their physical ailments through natural methods is paramount.

I dived deeper in later years, learning about the subconscious mind and consciousness. I am a Certified Practitioner of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Reprogramming for the subconscious mind & mindset), Certified Practitioner of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), and Certified Practitioner of Hypnosis Therapy, a Master Coach for life, trauma, career, abundance, health, and fertility, and a Certified Meditation Instructor. I am on a mission to help the world RE—set, UN—learn patterns and habits that are no longer useful to you, feel as vibrant as possible, and be so filled with happiness getting to be every magical part of you. And why am I on this mission? Because I know all too well what it feels like to be lost, not in alignment with myself, and dulling down my magic to fit in. Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?

I have been dedicated to helping women with their health and fertility journeys for over 13 years. I’ve witnessed over the years how many modern medical treatments are often rushed, not explained in detail, or accompanied by emotional support. So I made it my mission to learn more about how to integrate natural medicine, wisdom, and energy healing with modern-day science so that it would provide the level of care my clients deserve.

I have spent countless hours researching new techniques and completed training relating to modern medical practices and holistic therapies such as herbs, nutrition, preconception, prenatal, postpartum, hormones, endocrinology, mindset, consciousness, the subconscious mind, manifesting, etc., which helped further develop my reputation within the healthcare industry.

I am also a certified fellow (FABORM) on ABORM: The Acupuncture & TCM Board for Reproductive Medicine, a highly prestigious organization for advanced licensed providers in fertility, women’s health, pregnancy, and reproductive medicine.

I also worked tirelessly at learning how best to communicate medical language understandably while reading test results accurately so that each of my clients would understand what was happening inside their body without feeling overwhelmed or confused by all the technical jargon flying around them during appointments. I am there with all of the twists and turns!

This dedication has paid off over time; people now come from far away places just for a consultation with me because they know they can trust my knowledge and expertise when it comes to helping them navigate their health and fertility journey – no matter where you are starting from or what issues may be complicating matters for you personally along the way!
