We recently connected with LILIANA CASTILLO and have shared our conversation below.
LILIANA , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. We’d love to hear about a time you helped a customer really get an amazing result through their work with you.
When we create the Logo for the client and design their marketing materials, we advise them on which materials to choose for their uniforms according to the type of industry in which they operate, we are becoming part of their dream, and when I deliver their order and see the joy in their eyes, seeing their project materialize, taking a step forward with us, this part fills me with satisfaction.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
After 20 years of experience in the commercial area in Colombia, I moved to Nashville in 2017 and started a new life. When I saw that my talented husband, who is an artist and illustrator, was sought after to design logos and then make their uniforms using screen printing, 3 years ago I decided that we could join our talents and do it formally, creating a company and expanding our portfolio, in order to offer a comprehensive solution for your business or events. This is how we now also do embroidery, sublimation, DTF, and everything related to marketing and promotional materials. And the latest addition was the T-SHIRT BAR offered for themed events. We can offer original designs according to the theme. People can choose their size and favorite color, and we print them right there, involving them in the process and making them part of the experience of making their t-shirt, sweatshirt, or tote bag.
We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
I arrived here eight years ago with my two children. I believed in love again, got married, had my third child, and started a new life. I’ve always been open-minded and eager to learn wherever I go, so I started by learning English and learning how businesses and the system work here. This led me to find organizations that help the Hispanic community and offer different courses for entrepreneurs, study, and get involved in different networking events. This is how I’ve been resilient, strengthening my knowledge so that, combined with the commercial experience I already had from Colombia, I can provide the best service to my clients, and with them, we can grow together.
Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
My secret is to make my clients fall in love with our service and the quality of our services. They themselves refer us to other clients and it is our best way to grow.
