We do Desserts with natural and functional

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
How we got into the bakery industry Lidu Bakes, the cakes and desserts business that I launched 3 years ago, has decades long roots. As a little girl in Venezuela, my fascination with cooking began while glued to my mom’s side as she prepared and baked all sorts of foods. Throughout my teenage and college years, I was the sibling who cooked family dinners and for parties, however baking desserts was what excited me the most. Besides doing statistical data analysis for a government regulations consulting company after college, my passion for baking found me enrolled in specialty culinary classes. Some specific topics were weddings, Christmas and Bundt cakes. Soon after moving to the USA 20 years ago, my cake decorating skills became even more sophisticated as a result of the more advanced classes I took in a professional setting. Friends and their friends requested my cakes and as I developed expertise in more flavors, more and more items were added to my menu of offerings. I have become known as a reliable source to families to bake for Baptisms, Quinceaneras, Birthdays and Weddings. This retail work is wonderful and the base of my relatively new business; at the same time I am focusing some energy into partnering with event planners and other hospitality companies, including caterers, that provide even more steady work.
Have you ever had to pivot?

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
The Audience was build with the credibility of our work, more and more friends and their friends requested my cakes and as I developed expertise in more flavors. Friends and family were fascinating with the dessert, one of the key was natural ingredients, a lot of discipline and dedication
