If I could’ve changed the hands of time, I would most definitely started taking creating content much more seriously. I started taking content creation seriously in 2021. It all started with a food review video I did for a take-out hibachi restaurant in Kissimmee, Florida. From there, a majority of my food videos were food creations I made at home. I am happy I took the step to create food content because it really is a passion of mine. Creating food content has opened up so many doors that I would not have ever dreamed of. Every day I am grateful for the people I’ve met and the impact I am able to have in people’s lives.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

My name is Lexy Mogul. I am a food blogger who loves to try and create snacks, treats or meals some people would not think to try. I love being able to turn something classic into something unique. I am most proud of the impact I have been able to have in people’s lives. I love when I create something magical in the kitchen and everyone agrees with how amazing it looks! Sometimes I wish some of my supporters can grab the food I make through the videos and take a bite to experience the feeling the food I make gives me. I am most proud of the growth I’ve made over time. Being consistent has helped me further progress as a person and with my social media. One thing that I learned along the way is that consistency goes along way. Sometimes in life we have to be our own biggest fan and one thing about me, I am ALWAYS going to cheer myself on!

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?

I quickly had to learn that every day will not be a good social media day. Some days I get millions of views and some days I get a few thousand views. I had to learn to not let that discourage me but to let it motivate me to push myself harder than I did the day before.

What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?

The most rewarding aspect of creating content is being able to see other people recreate the meals or snacks I have made. Being able to see comments like “I love your page” make me smile inside because I love being able to put a smile or bring back a nostalgic memory a person may have by watching my videos.
