We recently connected with Lexi Jeffers and have shared our conversation below.
Lexi, appreciate you joining us today. Let’s go back in time a bit – can you share a story of a time when you learned an important lesson during your education?
Some of the most important and impactful life lessons I’ve learned have been hard work pays off, change is inevitable and always stay true to yourself. These lessons have felt integral to me because if you want something, you must be willing to work equally hard for it. Life is dynamic and is constantly changing with changes in situations, if there’s one thing we can never be prepared for, it’s change, it can never be predicted or pre-determined, and we need self-belief, trusting in our instincts, setting goals, and reaching those goals without personal compromise.

Lexi, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
My name is Lexi Jeffers, I have been blessed with the opportunity to be a part of this industry for the last six years, with many more to come. I’m currently working at Lucero Hair and Wellness in Salt Lake City, Utah. I’ve truly enjoyed every moment, and have cherished how much I have grown and learned throughout the years. I started my journey with my mentor Matthew Landis, who I apprenticed under as well as assisted for. I’ve always had a passion for creativity and have always known that I’ve wanted to be a part of this industry and I knew that I could provide a space for my clients to feel welcome, beautiful, heard, and appreciated. I specialize in lived in blonde and bronde, I chose to specialize in this because I love enhancing the natural beauty while elevating the confidence for those who sit in my chair.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
The best sources of new clients for me have been through referrals, and social media. Word of mouth is a great way to get new clients in your chair, and being consistent with posting on your social media platforms will succor in many ways, getting your work and name known is this ever growing industry.

Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
Keeping in touch with my clients is easy as my clients are my friends. I want those who sit in my chair to feel welcome and comfortable.
