We recently connected with Levellyn Hunter and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Levellyn thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. One thing we always find fascinating is how differently entrepreneurs think about revenue growth and cost reductions – both can be powerful ways to improve profitability. What do you spend more of your time and energy on?
One of the things to consider when deciding to grow revenue is to look for the best traffic source to get clients/customers on a consistent basis without grinding or working all day.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I serve now as the Marketing Director for Client Attraction University where we help expert business owners package their expertise to attract clients who will happily pay them top dollar while eliminating the revenue rollercoaster.
I started as a client first and quickly joined the family serving as the marketing coordinator handling all organic social media content across all major platforms.
During this time, I had to unlearn a lot of what I thought it took to be successful in marketing by understanding the basic principles of direct response marketing. It wasn’t easy to grasp the concept right away but each day I get better and better at executing the timeless strategies.
I thought you had to be on every social media platform, all day, every day to get customers or clients… that’s just not true.
Business owners are having a problem attracting the right clients that will happily pay them properly so they can actually grow a business, not just a second job, that will actually scale without working their faces off. As part of our marketing team, I see that experts believe they need to be everywhere organically, only to attract clients and that takes them away from actually focusing on activities that drive up revenue.
By working with Client Attraction University, I see experts reach their revenue goals in less time and sometimes from the beach.
I’m most proud to be a part of a team of great partners that help everyday expert business owners make a huge impact while reach their revenue goals. Nothing is better than seeing other people win, consistently.
I want people to know that they too can find their zone of genius. After I found my purpose and drive, I had to go through a process of unlearning and learning what really works. Sometimes I believe we are placed in our purpose and calling but can’t see it because it is hard to find success early.
Our purpose and calling was never to be on Easy Street but it is worth every step in the right direction.
We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
One of the biggest lessons I had to unlearn was thinking all the self-help books, YouTube videos, and/or podcasts were all fluff.
As an example, reading books has become the cheat code to life and success.
Growing up, I learned to enjoy reading but post-college, I didn’t pick up many books. I would hear so many gurus and self-help experts always talk about books.
I thought they were just promoting their friend’s book in their videos or presentations.
It wasn’t until joining my partners that I was introduced back to the love of reading and implementing what I read. One of the first two books I read that opened me up to endless possibilities was ‘The Big Leap’ by Gay Hendricks and ‘The War of Art’ by Steven Pressfield.
Those two books changed my entire outlook on things because I finally took action to read a book in the self-help genre and implemented it, Immediately paid off in every area of my life, especially revenue.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
While on this journey of becoming a Marketing Director, I had to push through a learning curve that at times made me want to quit the journey.
One principle I’ve accepted is that when you start something new, you’re going to make a lot of mistakes. Those mistakes teach you how to master those exact problems moving forward.
While overcoming the mistakes, builds up your resilience. In my case, I am becoming a world-class digital marketer.
I am not allowing mistakes or the learning curve to deter me.
