Alright, Levalle thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. One of the most important things we can do as business owners is ensure that our customers feel appreciated. What’s something you’ve done or seen a business owner do to help a customer feel valued?

I’ve had a customer who’s been supporting me since the very beginning – always showing love and consistently ordering from my brand. Recently, they ordered two hoodies, and to show my appreciation for their loyalty and support, I gave them a discount and threw in a free hoodie. It’s small gestures like this that mean a lot to me, because without people like them, none of this would be possible.

My name is Levalle Massie, and I’m the founder of Silent Warrior, a clothing brand built on the values of strength, resilience, and perseverance. Silent Warrior isn’t just about fashion — it’s about the mindset of fighting your battles quietly and continuing to push forward, no matter the circumstances.

The inspiration behind the brand comes from my own life experiences. I’ve faced moments where I had to stand on my own, overcome obstacles in silence, and keep moving forward even when no one was watching. Over time, I realized that many people go through similar struggles — and I wanted to create something that represents that shared strength. That’s how Silent Warrior was born: a brand for those who fight, grow, and rise stronger in silence.

Can you talk to us about manufacturing? How’d you figure it all out? We’d love to hear the story.

In the beginning, I wasn’t manufacturing my own clothes — that part of the process was handled by Aunty Farrah. She played a huge role in helping me get started and eventually took the time to teach me how to do it myself. Learning the process wasn’t easy at first; it took patience, dedication, and a lot of trial and error. But once I got the hang of it, I started to feel more confident and connected to my craft. From that point on, I began creating everything on my own, putting more of myself and my vision into each piece.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?

The most effective strategy for building clientele has honestly been staying authentic and building real connections with people. From day one, I focused on sharing the meaning behind the brand — that Silent Warrior represents strength, perseverance, and the power of fighting your battles in silence. A lot of people relate to that message, and I think that connection is what turns supporters into loyal customers.
