We were lucky to catch up with Letitia Ferguson recently and have shared our conversation below.

Alright, Letitia thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Crazy stuff happening is almost as certain as death and taxes – it’s technically “unexpected” but something unexpected happening is to be expected and so can you share a crazy story with our readers

A few months ago The Ronald McDonald house reached out about a donor wanting to donate a build a bear type of event for the kids and they wanted us to connect. First emotion was this is such a blessing to the kids and then how can I help make this a magical experience that they will always remember?! We just had the event on June 17, 2023 and it was a Huge Success and I was truly grateful to be able to provide that experience for those kids.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

I am mother of 6 and was searching of a business that I could include my kids and be able to give all kids the make your own stuffed animal experience. We provide the convenience of coming to you and you don’t have to break the bank for it. We are mobile and we are a family business.
We care about each person that makes a stuffed animal. We laugh with them when they come up with such creative names for their stuffed animals!

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?

Being trustworthy and genuine! Showing up on time and just being compassionate. I love my business and sharing it with others.

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?

There have been several moments that I had to pivot in life, my most recent one was losing my oldest son to suicide. I was truly devastated and almost gave up on everything. It took a lot of counseling and faith to bring me where I am today. I am more appreciative of everything in my life and bringing joy to others which is what my business does.
