We recently connected with Lester & Yesenia and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Lester & , thanks for joining us today. Do you have any advice regarding quality control and maintaining quality as your brand grows?
Quality control is really important.
I’ve learned over the years , that anything you make , has representation of your name, your brand.
As the years go by, you have to maintain a high level of quality to whatever it is you do.
In the beginning, you may not have all the skills or talents for the job, but you do have the opportunity to learn and become better.
You need to have a steady progress, never a decline.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers
Eden Event Rentals is company whose main focus is providing custom decor for all types of events. We have found our niche in creating one of a kind props, backdrops, and decor.
Creativity and innovation with today’s trends, we proudly build all of our props in house.

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?
One of the biggest pivots Eden Event Rentals experienced, is the when COVD hit Houston in 2020.
We only had been running the business for 3 years, mostly as a part time job, while Lester and I worked full time.
COVD took over Houston and we were under the impression that business would slow down. We were wrong.
Although venues were shut down, there were still many parties and gatherings happening in homes, parks , clubs etc.
Spring 2020 was rapidly becoming our best sales season and we were having trouble keeping up with the demand.
This became an ultimatum in our careers.
Either keep working a 9-5 , in our safe zone , or finally take this business seriously and do this everyday .
We followed our hearts, and quit our 9-5 jobs at the same time, during peak COVD time.
We are in year 2022, and we do not regret this decision. Leaving your job in times of uncertainty is for the crazy, but it has allowed us to pursue our business passionately.

We’d love to hear about how you keep in touch with clients.
Social Media has been such a strong tool for keeping touch with your clients. It has also paved way for new people to meet the company and get a glimpse of what goes on in our events.
Instagram has been the easiest tool to share our daily job routines, our upcoming projects and as well get input from what clients would like to see in the future.
