We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Leisha Olesch a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Leisha, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Before we get into specifics, let’s talk about success more generally. What do you think it takes to be successful?
I think to be successful we must have a deep passion for what we’re doing. There needs to be a great love for it. There’s also definitely a need to be dedicated and to never ever give up!

Leisha, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I am a natural born psychic medium & empath! I was born being able to see, feel & hear the dead. I am also claircognizant and have always just known things about others. I am also a highly sensitive person and empath to the millionth degree. I started my business 11 years ago out of my great love for humanity and my mission to help others live their very best lives! I knew I was supposed to start a business doing psychic mediumship readings for others. It’s my souls mission. Previously I had worked for non profits, but, really wanted to work for myself and help others through channeling spirit! I provide readings via Phone, Zoom, Skype, Text & Facebook Messenger and email! I also offer Group Readings both in person and via Zoom as well as online classes! Psychic Mediumship Readings can be done by appointment or via same day or the next day Pay By The Minute option. I help my clients with all kinds of issues. Most call about finances, love, job/career, relationships, adult children issues, moving and pretty much any concern one can think of. I do get many calls from clients regarding missing pets as well. A lot of clients call to receive messages from their loved ones in spirit! I truly care about all of my clients! I give each and every person that calls for a reading my utmost best and channel fast so they receive as much information as I can share with them in the time allowed. My clients tell me they can feel my genuine love and care and they also appreciate all of the very detailed readings!

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
When I started my business I was homeless. I ran it from motels, my car, all kinds of places. I never gave up! I kept building my business one reading at a time; no matter what was happening in my personal life. I overcame so many obstacles and built up a very successful business all while homeless. I don’t let anything stop me!

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
My most effective strategy for growing my clientele has been my dedication and consistency to my work! I strive to give each and every client the very best experience possible each and every time. Suit up and Show up each and every day and give your business your all!!
