As a holistic depth psychology practitioner, I integrate various modalities to walk with clients towards self-discovery and spiritual growth. Through the lens of Gene Keys, I guide individuals in understanding their unique energetic blueprint, revealing their strengths, challenges, and evolutionary path. By incorporating Young Living Essential Oils, I facilitate emotional wisdom and energetic balancing, supporting clients in learning from their core emotional wounds. Shamanic practices, guided by the practice of BaGua Shen Gong, further deepen the journey, connecting clients with their higher selves and ancestral wisdom through internal alchemy. Together, these practices empower individuals to embody their divine spark, cultivate intuition, and live a more joyful, authentic and purpose-driven life. By fostering a deeper connection with nature and all beings, clients are invited to remember their innate wisdom and contribute positively to the world.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
With the support of pure essential oils, I guide my clients through a process of individuation that is rooted in the field of depth psychology and is about learning how to live with an open heart that is guided from within through the intuitive and inspirational process that honors the ancestry and lineage of each unique soul. In sacred ritual and ceremony in relationship with Mother Earth, the modalities are through bodywork, shamanic energy work (qi gong), including sacred mudras and mantras, meditation, music, sound, emotional wisdom, and contemplation on their Gene Keys and Body Type profile.

Aloha! I’m so glad you’re here.
Let me introduce myself — I am a Soul Coherence Guide. I believe that we belong together in communities of sacred practices that tend to our souls.
I host Global Retreats, Private Sessions, Group Events and Training Courses – in person and virtually. My deepest intention is to empower you to engage all your senses as a portal to intuitive flow, a place of wholeness from which you can live your highest potential.
My meaningful work as an Ordained Minister is manifested because of the Grace of the Divine that is present in all beings, including the elements of nature, plants, crystals, sound, light and thought. I rest in the frequency of Gratitude and am so thankful for you and anyone who joins me on this mysterious and beautiful journey of life we are on.
I am a life-long student of the ancient esoteric teachings of my ancestors that spirals into and out of the void or WuJi, where Source Energy is formless light. My loving heart is the portal into this way of life, a concept so familiar that the remembrance is a felt sense of the truth ringing through my bones, a resounding gift from my ancestors. In this harmonious way of life, the Dao is the flourishing of Nature herself.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
I was once told that I was of the Type A personality. I remember this clearly as it had been the first time I had heard of this term. I reflect on the comment I received from my colleague and I can understand that she saw in me a obsessively hardworking student that sacrificed her sanity for the Masters degree even as she was raising a 2 year old toddler. I have a memory of when I was 10 and how I was inconsolable when I received the results of a national exam. I had received 4 As out of a possible 5. It was this shame that I was so desperately working to undo in my later years. On the day of my Masters graduation, with my parents as witnesses in the audience, I was called up as the top scoring student of my class. As elated and surprised as I was, there was no strength in me to celebrate well. I fell ill that day with a high fever and was in bed for the next 6 days. That significant event was a painful awakening that propelled me to embark on a soul searching journey that has led me to my interest in depth psychology today. This was a significant event for me and it felt like the labor of rebirthing myself into an awareness that something is not right in my life.
My body started showing symptoms that I had never felt before. I had panic attacks that felt like my heart was beating faster and faster, singing a rhythm that came from a depth of anxiety so foreign and confusing. In following the interpretation of this creation myth, I see now that the imbalance in my life was the way I embodied both the Yin and Yang of being. I was expressing too much Yang, and too little Yin.
I had repressed bitterness and anger around the cultural expectations of working hard to achieve excellence so I could be worthy of love. I had not realized how deep my anger had been from denying myself the right to love and be loved just as I am. I was playing the persona of a highly educated, independent and capable woman that did not need support from anyone and, in fact, existed to be there for anyone who needed it. The pressure built around all that striving because I had forgotten to nourish myself. My heart was literally asking for my attention. I had to learn to slow down to listen in to my own needs of receiving love and support, mostly from myself, to hold the tension of what it means to express my feminine qualities in an honorable and reverential way.
I became hypersensitive to what I believed was my broken body that needed fixing and everything I did and thought about was for the health of me and my family. I had discovered food intolerances and in true toxic masculinity fashion, that was the focus of my blame for why I was unhealthy. There was so much fear around what I was putting in my body that I was spending hours reading labels at the grocery store, trying every single health food product, herbs and essential oils in order to heal myself. I had acupuncture appointments every week and cycled through at least 10 different acupuncturists over the course of five years. I became a hypochondriac and was in so much fear about the possibility of getting sick. It was not long before I became completely exhausted from it all, and I was forced to relax into a natural slowing down.
I enacted a ceremony for myself around my fear of death. The familiar fear had arisen in one of my long haul flights across the oceans as we flew through some turbulence. As I laid there shaking, I made the conscious choice to move through the fear. I allowed myself to feel, to even ask myself what it would feel like if I did die, if all my fears came true? I laid there feeling the trembling within me spread, my heart beating faster and faster, my breath coming in quick and shallow, until finally after about fifteen minutes of true terror, peace came through like a lightning bolt. Since that day, the fear within me has been transformed and I am a different person.

Training and knowledge matter of course, but beyond that what do you think matters most in terms of succeeding in your field?
I believe that empathy is essential for effective sessions with clients. This powerful trait enables practitioners to foster a profound connection with clients, creating a safe and supportive space for growth and change. By attuning themselves to their clients’ emotions and experiences, practitioners can cultivate a deep understanding and compassion that transcends mere explanation or confrontation.
This empathetic connection is a two-way street. It requires practitioners to be open and receptive to their clients’ feelings, while also sharing their own vulnerabilities. This mutual sharing creates a sense of intimacy and trust, allowing clients to explore their thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment.
However, it’s important to acknowledge that empathy is not a tool to be wielded for the purpose of changing a client’s behavior. Rather, it’s a means of empowering clients to make their own choices and find their own path. By providing a supportive and understanding presence, practitioners can help clients navigate their challenges and emerge stronger.
Ultimately, the success of empathic healing sessions hinges on the client’s willingness to engage with the process. If fear or anxiety hinders this engagement, the practitioner must respect the client’s decision to pause or terminate the sessions. Even in such cases, the empathic connection can serve as a source of comfort and hope, potentially paving the way for future healing.
