Ledia , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Before we get into specifics, let’s talk about success more generally. What do you think it takes to be successful?

The key to success is Perseverance. If you want it then don’t allow anyone or possible obstacle stop you. The world is made up of ideologies and themes of what success is. You are told by society that success looks a certain way and if you don’t fit into that mold, then you are not the epitome of success. However, when you understand who you are, when you understand your worth then those principles and ideologies of others are thrown out and you will write your own script with charisma and courage, You will be the author of your destiny. Each milestone will be your achievement. Each challenge will be your stepping stone to your success!

I am a personal injury attorney, licensed to practice in New York and Georgia. I moved to Georgia for new opportunities!

My passion is to educate my clients and provide access to knowledge. Many clients do not know the law, which can be an easy opening for them to be targets to manipulate and take advantage of. My goal is to protect my client through the law and provide them. Access to be heard and fairness.

What’s fitting for me is my love for photography. It gives me the opportunity to see many perspectives through different lenses.

Any advice for managing a team?

In order to manage a team that comprises of several personalities and opinions is to respond to you team through the policy. In order to narrow the different voices of others you have to create one team, one voice through one policy. Also having a universal vision and mission.
