We were lucky to catch up with Lea Hope Bonzer recently and have shared our conversation below.
Lea Hope, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Can you open up about a risk you’ve taken – what it was like taking that risk, why you took the risk and how it turned out?
The first most significant risk I have ever taken was in my mid-twenties and leaving my parent’s home with just a suitcase, no expectations, and a quest to find the life I wanted to live instead of one assumed. After covid, I have dared to leap into another pursuit of happiness and finally start the journey I have been waiting for a long while and networking on the mission to become an artist.
Lea Hope, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
As an artist, I strive to recreate the atmosphere of interiors where art creates energized ambiance and brings positivity to surroundings. Not just a piece that fits with size and color but it’s the first thing people notice. Part of interiors where emotions are so strong occupants enjoy staying within, feeling motivated and relaxed. Art that strikes feeling at a different, more profound level.
What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?
Most rewarding is seeing the impact of my art on interior surroundings and people’s reactions. To see that wow feedback which was meant to be created.
Is there mission driving your creative journey?
As mentioned earlier. my mission is to recreate the atmosphere of interiors where art brings inspiration and motivation to surroundings. Where art is the first thing people notice. I want to create surroundings where our problems feel small and motivation is uplifted to push ourselves through challenges rather than being defeated by them.
