We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Lea Haber a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Lea thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Let’s start with a story that highlights an important way in which your brand diverges from the industry standard.
Most relationship support is reactive, like couples therapy after major issues arise. My love-life coaching work is proactive, equipping you with tools to navigate challenges before they surface—strengthening relationships at any stage. For example, I offer a modern, science-based alternative to traditional premarital counseling and love-life coaching that’s fully virtual and global. My approach blends intimacy-focused strategies with practical tools for lasting, healthy love stories wherever clients are on their love journey, making it ideal for high achievers who want solutions as results-driven as they are.

Lea, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
How we love directly influences the way the next generation learns to love. With a passion for love, fostering connections, and making a difference— I’ve dedicated my career and studies to inspiring healthy romantic relationships that benefit future generations.
My approach, grounded in my educational background, research, and early specialized clinical experiences, focuses on giving couples and individuals the tools they need to thrive in their relationships. Those who work with me improve their communication, intimacy, and conflict resolution while addressing unique challenges faced by today’s couples. My upcoming online course (coming early 2025) will expand access to these tools, allowing couples to build strong, lasting partnerships in a way that feels relevant, practical, and deeply connected from the ground up.
If someone is looking to create a relationship that’s truly built to last, no matter the stage of their journey, that’s where I come in.
What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
Early in my career, I worked with a couple deeply in love but constantly at odds. They believed their love would carry them through, but love alone wasn’t solving their struggles. They were stuck in cycles of miscommunication, unmet needs, and unresolved conflicts. Through our work together, they learned that love thrives when paired with tools—like healthy communication, intimacy, and conflict resolution. Both partners had to show up, take responsibility, and actively build the connection they wanted. That experience solidified what I now know to be true: love isn’t just a feeling; it’s a skill you build together—day by day.
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
My reputation comes from offering relationship coaching that’s grounded in real expertise, not influencer trends. With a BA from NYU in The Honors Society for Psychology, a Master’s from Columbia University, and an upcoming doctorate in clinical sexology, my work is backed by education and research—not just opinions. This means I provide strategies that tackle the complexities of modern relationships in ways that are practical, effective, and results-driven.
At the same time, I bring a modern, approachable style and a bit of real talk to the mix. My coaching is relatable, down-to-earth, and designed to connect with individuals and couples who are serious about creating lasting love.
What sets me apart is how much I genuinely care about my clients. I’m fully invested in their growth, and I approach every relationship with confidence and humility—enough to know when it’s best to refer out to another professional and when to celebrate their success because they’ve reached their goals. It’s not about how many sessions we have; it’s about getting them where they want to be.
By blending academic rigor with a fresh, approachable style, I’ve built a reputation for being someone you can trust to deliver real, meaningful results.
