Lawrence , appreciate you joining us today. So, naming is such a challenge. How did you come up with the name of your brand?
The Name O’Neal was inherited from my grandfather John O’Neal Muldrow. Which was passed down to my Father John O’Neal Muldrow which now we all share as the same middle name from Siblings such as my 2 brothers & our beloved brother Daron O’Neal Hunter Muldrow. Including my 5 sons and nephews all share this middle name proudly & respectfully. The name O’Neal represents Champion; Hero.

How you got into the industry?
The freight industry was the opportunity
For me to be part of a dynamic and essential sector that keeps the global economy moving. The challenge of solving complex logistics problems and ensuring timely delivery of goods was both exciting and fulfilling for me.
Discipline of running or becoming a business owner new start up or exiting business I would have to say first is.
financial management, marketing, customer service, and compliance with regulations. A solid business plan is essential, as is securing reliable funding. Building strong relationships with clients and maintaining a dependable fleet are also crucial for success in the competitive trucking industry.

What are you most proud of and what are the main things you want potential clients/followers/fans to know about you/your brand/your work/ etc.?
We are most proud of our commitment to excellence and innovation. Our company is dedicated to providing top-quality services that meet the unique needs of each client. We want potential clients, followers, and fans to know that we are passionate about what we do and are always striving to exceed expectations.
Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
We started by identifying our target audience and creating content that resonated with them. Consistency was key—we posted regularly and engaged with our followers by responding to comments and messages. Collaborating with influencers and running targeted ads also helped us reach a wider audience and grow our following.
Have you ever had to pivot?
We had to pivot when a major supplier went bankrupt, causing delays in shipments. This experience taught us the importance of flexibility and proactive communication in the freight industry.
