We were lucky to catch up with Lauren Taylor recently and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Lauren thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. To kick things off, we’d love to hear about things you or your brand do that diverge from the industry standard
I built Le Fleur around the idea of fixing industry standards that are broken or are no longer working. I leverage my 15 years in law and business to see blind spots before they become problems and see opportunities before they pass us by. This has been instrumental in making Le Fleur a success. We bring a level of service and attention to detail that is just not available currently.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I had a love for all things beautiful from a young age. I also had an eye for business and equity. I started in the legal field, and after 14 years as a successful law firm owner, I decided to make time for some more beauty. Le Fleur was born. I have developed quite the book of connections from pageants, modeling, speaking engagements, and television appearances over the years. Why not put these skills to use?
I’m most proud of taking an idea in someone’s head and making it a reality. It’s almost like a magic trick!

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
Sadly, I grew up estranged from my mother. While my father was amazing at being both parents, I can’t ignore the lack of female presence had on me in those developmental years.
I’ve since flung myself into being a “mother” figure to all my clients. Guiding them in the way I wish I was guided is a full circle healing moment. Nothing feels better than watching them succeed.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
Reputation and integrity are everything in life and in business. When you treat people with professionalism and respect, they tend to give the same in return. Do not burn bridges. Be nice to EVERYONE no matter how big or small you think they may be. Also, always be willing to do a favor. You never know when it will be paid back ten fold!
