Laura, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s start with a story that highlights an important way in which your brand diverges from the industry standard.
All Clean Food wants to be part of the change we want to see in our food system. In order to feel our best, both mentally and physically, we need to eat REAL food.
Not things that look, smell and maybe even taste like food, but are NOT actual food.
With our active lifestyles and interests in so many areas, we want to make it easier for ALL to eat well and feel well.
Our easy-to-make, organic and delicious pasta meals = healthy comfort food at its finest! AND because they are certified gluten-free and FREE FROM the top 14 allergens, ALL around the table can enjoy the same meal together.
What if large food brands also prioritized REAL, organic ingredients and inclusiveness? If meal times were easier, what impact would it have on our communities, families and schools? What about stress level and mental health?
We are honored to be part of a meaningful solution to healthy eating, and improve mental health, one meal at a time.

I love helping people find easier ways to eat well and feel well. I started All Clean Food to be a part of the change I want to see to our food system and way of life. I believe we all deserve to know what is in the food we are eating and that we all deserve to feel our best.
My background is in mental health and I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. I have a specialization in nutrition and mental health as well as mindfulness meditation and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
All Clean Food creates Organic pasta meals that are FREE FROM the top 14 allergens, so ALL around the table can enjoy. I launched this food brand in response to our own struggles and requests from others for more clean, organic and simple meal options that are Allergy-friendly and plant-based!
Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
Building All Clean Food has been a roller coaster – full of ups and downs, celebrations and disasters. In the past year, we nearly went out of business due to being bumped from a co-packer who took in a larger company (and booted us) and due to significant cash flow issues related to chargebacks from distributors. We are powering though, ;-) but it’s been extremely difficult at times.
We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
I have had to stop being a people pleaser, and worrying about what everyone thinks about our business and me as a leader. It’s normal for a new venture to trigger personal insecurities and I’ve had to learn to return to our mission over and over. Iv’e had to get very good and knowing when I am leading from a place of fear versus wisdom.
