At first, I was just doing what most real estate agents do—helping clients find homes, negotiating deals, and closing transactions. But I kept seeing the same heartbreaking pattern: single moms, who were more than capable of making mortgage payments, were being denied opportunities simply because of outdated lending rules and financial hurdles.
That’s when I made a shift. Instead of just selling homes, I became an advocate—educating my clients, researching alternative financing options, and connecting them with zero down payment, no closing cost, and no credit score requirement programs.
This pivot completely transformed my business. What started as a way to help a few single mothers quickly grew into a mission that multiplied. Word spread, and soon, I was helping more and more families who thought homeownership was out of reach.
