We were lucky to catch up with LaTosha Humphrey recently and have shared our conversation below.

LaTosha, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?

My mission here at Kreative Krafts HQ is to provide quality skin care, body care and hair care products along with beautiful hand crafted jewelry. You can expect the best when it comes to what we have to offer.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers

I developed a love for crafting at a very young age. Art was one my favorite classes to attend in elementary school. Then during the summer, I would attend summer camp and my love for crafting grew even more. Now in high school, home economics was where I learned how to sew and crochet. I remember making some of the cutest blankets for friends and family. On into adulthood, I started making beaded jewelry such as the beaded earrings that many crafters called the Basketball Wives earrings. They were so big and gaudy but very trendy at the time. Bead jewelry specifically has been my medium of choice when it comes to jewelry making but I now provide personalized jewelry such as photo pendants, keychains and other accessories as well. Now, I have introduced skin care, body care and personal care to my line of products because it was important for me to provide products that were not harsh to the skin. My top seller is the Get Up and Glow Skincare Kit because it is a easy five step system that not only cleans your face and body very well but it also prevents hyperpigmentation, blemishes and melesma. I am pleased with the continued growth of Kreative Krafts HQ because I am always open to improving and take into consideration customers and potential customers feedback. Everything Kreative Krafts HQ provides is made out of love, passion and perfection.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?

Quality and great customer service is key. I am always available to handle any questions or concerns someone may have as it pertains to Kreative Krafts HQ. Be honest with your audience. If you are uncomfortable with doing something, convey that to the person that wants to know. Do not take on tasks you are unable to fulfill, do not lead with money but with skills and most importantly, be open to change. It is perfectly fine to try new things so avoid putting yourself in a box. Make sure you pour back into yourself to avoid getting burned out and ask for help when necessary.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?

Social media is very fickle so do not get discouraged if a post, video or sell does not do well. Be open to trying new things without compromising your morals and beliefs. Just because something is trending does not mean you have to partake in it. Be personable, have fun and always be willing to learn and grow.
