One of the biggest trends is the Rise of AI in Social Media
As a social media and customer journey strategist, one of the most evolutionary trends I’m witnessing is the rise of artificial intelligence.
Imagine this: you’re sipping your morning coffee when your phone buzzes with a notification. It’s your favorite online store, not just promoting a random sale but suggesting the perfect pair of shoes to match the outfit you recently liked on Instagram. This is AI at work, enhancing personalized experiences like never before.
AI is revolutionizing how brands interact with customers by offering hyper-personalized content, predictive analytics, and automated customer support—all designed to create a smoother and more engaging customer journey.
But with great power comes great responsibility. Concerns around data privacy and the ethical use of AI loom large, prompting strategists to navigate these waters carefully to build trust and transparency.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
The seeds of my career were sown from a sense of frustration. I grew weary of observing how many businesses seemed disconnected from their consumers’ experiences, particularly on social media platforms. The gap between what businesses offered and what consumers truly needed was glaring. I realized that businesses often underestimated the power of a well-mapped customer journey and the impact thoughtful social media strategies could have on their success.
This realization propelled me into action. I wanted to bridge this gap and help businesses truly understand and engage with their audiences. My mission became clear: to craft strategies that not only meet business goals but also create meaningful interactions for consumers.
To address these challenges, I developed comprehensive training programs aimed at educating businesses and individuals about the nuances of customer journeys and social media engagement. These programs are designed to demystify the complex pathways consumers take from awareness to advocacy and to leverage social media as a powerful tool for connection.
In addition to training, I also share my insights as an instructor at the college level. Teaching allows me to inspire the next generation of marketers and strategists, equipping them with the skills they need to thrive in an increasingly digital world.
I’ve also created a variety of digital products, such as tutorials, workbooks, and workshops, alongside offering personalized one-on-one sessions. These resources are crafted to empower businesses and individuals to take control of their digital presence and create strategies that resonate with their audiences.
What sets my work apart is a deep commitment to understanding each client’s unique challenges and crafting bespoke solutions that drive engagement and growth. I take pride in creating strategies that not only address immediate business needs but also build long-lasting relationships with consumers.I help clients understand the touchpoints that matter most and how to optimize them for maximum impact.
I am most proud of the transformative impact my work has had on businesses and individuals. Seeing my clients succeed and knowing that I’ve played a role in their journey is incredibly rewarding. Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
Staying in touch with customers and fostering brand loyalty requires a deep understanding of the gaps in their lives, and the ability to empathize by figuratively walking in their shoes. I recognize that everyone has unmet needs or desires, and it’s crucial to identify these gaps and offer solutions that resonate personally with them.
What I do, is begin with the awareness phase and engaging with potential customers on social media platforms with the goal of transitioning those interactions to warm, to hot and staying connected through personalized email marketing; this way, I can maintain a continuous dialogue. I send out e-mails at least once or twice per week. This approach not only keeps the brand top-of-mind but also builds a foundation of trust and reliability.
Furthermore, supporting customers throughout their journey by offering new products or services that build upon their previous experiences ensures they feel understood and valued. This personalized attention not only meets their current needs but anticipates future ones, creating a loyal customer base that sees the brand as an integral part of their lives.

Can you talk to us about how you funded your business?
When I first decided to start my business, I had very limited funds. With only $100 to my name, I had to make every penny count.
My first purchase was a microphone, which I found on sale, as I needed it to create content and communicate with my audience. Investing in the right tools was crucial, even if it meant stretching my budget.
Realizing that knowledge is power, I spent a portion of my initial funds on discounted online courses that taught me the skills I needed to succeed. These courses covered everything from marketing strategies to technical skills, and they provided a solid foundation for my business endeavors.
As I gained more knowledge and experience, I began creating my own programs and digital products. These products not only showcased my skills but also provided value to others. By offering something unique and valuable, I was able to charge a fair price and start generating revenue.
One of the most memorable moments in my journey was receiving a check for over $25,000 for a session. It was a turning point that made me realize the potential financial success that lay ahead. It was a moment of validation and motivation that fueled my drive to continue growing my business.
Understanding that there is always room for growth, I hired a coach who was already a multi-millionaire. This decision was pivotal. My coach provided insights, strategies, and guidance that helped me scale my business further. Even today, I continue to learn and grow under their mentorship.
Throughout my journey, I have always prioritized providing more value than expected. By exceeding customer expectations and consistently delivering high-quality products and services, I have built a loyal customer base and a strong reputation in my field.
Starting with just $100, my journey has been one of learning, adaptation, and ambition. By investing in the right tools, knowledge, and mentorship, and by focusing on providing exceptional value, I transformed a humble beginning into a thriving business.
