Latasha, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today We love asking folks what they would do differently if they were starting today – how they would speed up the process, etc. We’d love to hear how you would set everything up if you were to start from step 1 today
If I was starting over in the cleaning industry again then I would be a beast at it. I would definitely hire a team of cleaners that are experienced and dependable. I would be more knowledgeable on business credit, hiring process, business funding, marketing the right way, networking with other cleaners and vendor relationships for business. I literally learned about this industry all from googling about this profession. Cleaning is a skilled job and I am happy to be blessed with this gift. My capital when first started this business came from a call center job that I disliked. I saved up enough money to tell my boss that I was no longer interested in this job and haven’t look back since 2016. I could have gotten to where I am in business today faster with a bigger team and cleaning mentor in this industry. Running a business is not for the weak. All the ups and down I have experienced along the way is a learning lesson. Cleaning and making my customers happy was all worth it in the end.

Hello, my name is Latasha Whyte and I am the owner of Clean House of Atlanta LLC. I have been in the cleaning industry since April 2016. I got into this industry to make the lives easier on busy parents and professionals that don’t have the time to clean their homes. We offer deep cleaning, standard cleaning, move in/move-out cleaning, air bnb cleaning, commercial cleaning, disinfection cleaning, organization, and janitorial services. The thing that sets us apart from other cleaning companies is we are friendly, thorough and take pride in cleaning our customer homes from top to bottom. I am most proud of myself for starting this cleaning business years ago and creating the life I want. I had no plan or insight of how I was going to do it but something told me too just jump. To my future clients that choose our services you won’t be disappointed. Please be assured that you have a company that will give our utmost best in the cleaning needs of your home. To our older and loyal clients of Clean House of Atlanta we will continue to serve your family and we thank you all for supporting our small business.

What’s been the best source of new clients for you?
The best source of new clients for us has been word of mouth thru our clients that we service on a bi-weekly/monthly basis. Once they like our services they tend to tell family, friends, and co-workers about us which is greatly appreciated.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
My customers I have serviced over these past years help build my reputation within this cleaning industry. They are the ones that helped us put the word out there on behalf our small business. We are forever thankful and grateful to everyone that believe in us.
