Alright, Latasha thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Can you share a customer success story with us?

3 years ago I had a client come in with a hair emergency and she felt hopeless about the future of her hair. I ensured her it would grow back as long as we kept up with a regimen for success. We started using Fiber hair solutions products in the salon doing treatments bi-weekly and also at home for weekly shampoos. With regular very small trims and education on the proper maintenance for home care my client grew her hair well past her original goal. The results of her growth were so meaningful because she had always thought that her hair couldn’t grow past her neck but with her dedication to the process and my fiber hair solutions hair collection she is a true success story and also this in fact is the main reason I’m still doing what i love to do.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

I got into the industry when i was just 19 years old 21 years ago. I was able to attend cosmetology school as a senior in high school and went on to get my license a year after graduating. My passion has always lied in healthy hair, customer service and making sure the clients current and future hair goals are being met. I created Fiber Hair Solutions in 2018 with the goal to have a cohesive and healthy hair collection that served more than just 1 hair type. The success of the brand has been steady and is continuing to grow daily. My main passion for what i do comes from the belief that when we look good we feel good and feeling good helps produce positive energy that’s put out and recycled. March 1, 2021 I opened Fiber Salon Suites I’m Cedar Park Texas. The salon has 6 suites and we’re currently offering Hair services, as well as Botox, PRP, body contouring, and microblading. Fiber salon suites also has a few open spots that are waiting for the perfect entrepreneur to grow in. I think i make it all look easy but i definitely want to be transparent as say there are good days, great days, fantastic days as well as Hard day, Long Days and stressful days as well. However i’m so blessed to be able to live my dreams daily while also masking space to keep dreaming for my future goals. That is my WHY.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?

The key things that helped build my repertoire in my market are delivering quality work, Having great customer service skills, making sure the clients needs are met, and educating my clients about their hair needs.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?

The best source for new clients for me will always be referrals. My clients are so amazing and I truly value them. They also truly value me and my work as well so when they refer people to me it’s a true honor knowing they trust me and are confident in me to recommend my services. Referral clients have the best retention even over clients from Social media marketing which is also a great way to get and keeps new clients by showcasing your work.
