Hi Latanza, thanks for joining us today. Naming anything – including a business – is so hard. Right? What’s the story behind how you came up with the name of your brand?

A business and a brand have such a significance on society, that your company name is a part of that. When starting L.P. Interior Designs & Associates earlier this year, it was apparent that this would create a new lane of legacy and broaden my horizons in Residential & Commercial development and design. We are a Full-service, multi-faceted Interior design & home furnishings firm in the heart of Los Angeles. The mission behind the name was to incorporate my maiden name and to unify our community partners and allies – L.P. Interior Designs is proud to partner with associates within all trades. With a collective 10 years of experience, our network is vast and accessible and always on time.

Event Specialist & Interior Designer, Latanza Price, has always had a divine eye for detail and a creative soul for organization and logistics. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Latanza is a California State University, Northridge alumni graduate who attained a Bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Sciences, with an emphasis in Community Affairs, Business Management & Fashion Design. In knowing her value and passion, Ms. Price launched her global enterprise, Priceless Moments, an event production, and management company in 2017.

As the Owner/Founder of “Priceless Moments”, she radiates a sincere passion to thrive in momentum through expression of individuality and celebratory bliss. In 2022, she launched her second company, L.P. Interior Designs & Associates, a full-service, multi-faceted interior design & home furnishings firm in the heart of Los Angeles focusing on revealing your vision to life through creative innovation & conceptual design.

As Latanza background falls in fashion and business, she learned the intricacies and details of color, combinations, textures, styles, and unique tastes for aesthetic & design. With more than 10 years of extensive and direct influence on décor & design, she offers a balance of creativity, collaboration, and forward-thinking with a structured, organized, and detailed mentality; enabling her to deliver focused development, follow through, and total completion to each aspect of design. She successfully transferred her extensive knowledge and experience in design, eye for quality, superior sense of style, and client-centered approach to business from the world of fashion and events to the “soul” of interior design!

What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?

As a creative, nothing warms my heart more than the smile of a satisfied client. To make life-long memories that people never forget – is priceless! When we combine our creativity with our client’s vision, the masterpiece that is created is all worth it. Sketching, Visualizing, & Conceptualizing is a part of our creative process prior to designing. We hold these steps near and dear to our hearts.

Is there something you think non-creatives will struggle to understand about your journey as a creative?

Creativity stems from within! In creating new ideas, concepts, and visions – it is important to dwell on the thought you have. When you exude creativity from all levels, it is something hard to continue thinking outside the box. We tend to not get inspired by what someone else is doing, instead we value our client’s vision, and we maximize the end result by delivering on a clear, concise vision and design.
