Lasteven, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Before we get into specifics, let’s talk about success more generally. What do you think it takes to be successful?
Dedication , hard work, consistency, motivation, and a plan .
Hard work
At the top of the list of what it takes to be successful is a willingness to work hard. Success that’s too easy is something that’s not as valued, at least by most people. If you just happen upon success, you may start thinking that it’s owed to you, that you don’t have to do anything and it will come, or that it will always be there. That’s a form of dead-end thinking. Life isn’t one success after another, certainly not success that just happens to come your way. To be successful, you must put in the hard work to earn it.
Learning from mistakes
If the route toward success was a straight line with no interruptions or detours, more people would wind up being lazy, taking achievement for granted. They’d also never have the opportunity to learn from mistakes. For every success, there are multiple failures and mistakes along the way. If you give up after failure, you’ll never be a success. If you repeat the same mistake again and again, you’ll never get to the finish line. Make it a point to learn from what didn’t go right so that you’re that much further ahead the next time.

Team 100 Studios Music Group, officially created in 2015 is located at 12421 St Clair
Cleveland, Ohio East-Side Location. In 2019 our West-Side location was established at 4316 Pearl rd Cleveland, Ohio. Both studios are equipped with all of the latest recording/production gear and photography studio. Not only do they offer affordable 24/7 sessions and photography services but they also provide videography, graphics, management, press kits and marketing. For special occasions or private events they offer a DJ and a caterer. Team 100 Studios is a one-stop shop for all of your needs.
Along with his power team, gives back to the community by sponsoring events, creating community fundraisers, and participating in charity events. In December of 2017 Team 100 Studios successfully launched their first annual Hat and Scarf giveaway for the children in the Cleveland community. Recently hosting our 6th annual hat and scarf giveaway

Now the Nonprofit
Smiles For Smiley is a Cancer and awareness charity Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio (US) formed on the 23rd of December in 2018, by the Owner of Team100 Studios/ Music Group
This foundation is based on some of the closest friends and family members we lost due to cancer. Like Elizabeth Parkey & Ronald Clack Jr (Smiley). It’s aim is to reduce the number of deaths from cancer. As an independent cancer charity it provides awareness into the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of the disease. Research activities are carried out in institutes, universities and hospitals across the USA. It also provides information about cancer and runs campaigns aimed at raising awareness of the disease. Smiles For Smiley work is almost entirely funded by the public. It raises money through donations, legacies, community fundraising, events, retail and corporate partnerships. We’re always looking for People To become volunteers
What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
Being able to find us from Google to all social media Platforms we leave no rock unturned
Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
Our ability to grow and maintain an active social presence on social media and within our communities. We are very active within our communities, consistent with marketing/advertising, and have established a brand known to provide exceptional services.
