Alright, LaShonda thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Have you ever seen (or implemented) a really awesome way to show a client you appreciate them
The best thing I’ve ever done to show my clients appreciation would have to be offering to drive a client around in my own personal vehicle to show them homes. This client was moving to Texas from another state and she didn’t know much about the commute here so I would pick her up for every showing and I’m sure that made her feel a level of comfort she wouldn’t have otherwise felt.

LaShonda, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I’m a mother of two and a entrepreneur at heart with a passion for helping people in anyway possible. Anytime I have a surplus and my cup is just overflowing my heart can’t help but to want to share those blessings with someone else. I ask God everyday to bless me so I can be a blessing to someone else. For those who haven’t already heard the story, I got into real estate after years of working in the corporate world and wanting more from my career but not seeing much of a return. So one day I found out how to sign up for the classes and what the next steps were to obtain my license and from there I was unstoppable. As a license Luxury Realtor I strive to show every client a level of service unmatched, some would call it a white glove approach but it’s simply me being me and treating people the way I’d want to be treated. Buying or selling real estate is a huge investment decision that no one should take lightly, so I ensure my clients are educated about the decisions they make about their real estate and I do my due diligence to ensure they’re protected throughout the process. Sometimes a little TLC is all it takes. I’d have to say I’m mostly proud of my professionalism, careful attention to detail and knowledge about the real estate world. I’m forever learning in this field but the moment I learn a skill I’m applying to assist every client. I’m also the founder of the Empire Realty Group, a group I put together to bring agents together who are also licensed to create a well rounded knowledge base of individuals who also want to grow their business to be as great an agent as they can possibly be, and within this team we have a mentorship program to keep all agents abreast of the latest and greatest real estate tools, news and laws. I’m always looking to grow my team to a level of sophistication where client can come and work with us as a one stop shop and all of their real estate needs are met.
Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
Showing clients I’m human, non judge-mental and that I get it. Most people who come to me want to buy or sell their first home want a professional they know, like and can trust. So I’ve developed a strategy that shows my sphere who I am (transparent) by being who I am organically, this helps us break the ice so we can get to know one another on a much higher level than just client & professional. Once they know about me they get the opportunity to choose whether or not they like who I am and once they have had a chance to know me and decide they like me, by me maintaining that level of authenticity time over time they begin the let down barriers and walls and feel a level of comfort which then shows them I can be trusted with assisting them in their decision make this real estate deal.

Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
Most if not all of my clients eventually become really good friends so keeping I touch is almost second nature. I’m always providing value before during and after we’ve worked together, that’s how I’m fostering my brands quality, keeping consistent.
