We were lucky to catch up with LaQuail Johnson recently and have shared our conversation below.

Alright, LaQuail thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?

I have a passion for helping women like the one i was 8 years ago. I was 35 felt stuck in my job, wanted more out of life but didn’t know how to get it, and wanted to be in a community of individuals that saw bigger for their lives as well. I embarked on a journey of entrepreneurship through Network Marketing and it took me on such a journey of personal growth and development, helping people transform mind, body, spirit, and financially.

I finally found my purpose now i am more confident, successful, and the woman that i always knew was inside me by deep diving and dealing and healing my past trauma

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

I started my entrepreneurial journey when Nathalie Nicole Smith reached out to me to be her business partner

I’m a woman that took a chance in an industry i knew nothing about seeking change, I worked at Macys at a Fragrance and Cosmetics rep for 12 years at the time i started my network marketing business, I was 35, unhappy, and truly felt stuck. I took a leap of faith and partnered with Total Life Changes, which is exactly what i needed and exactly what happened.

I distribute health and wellness products to help people feel and look better, and love what they see in the mirror, as well as helped hundreds of people make 5,6, and 7 figures through servant leadership, my goal has always been to make a huge impact on people like me that truly desired more out of their life, and dreams bigger than their circumstances. I show people through my life and mentorship how to believe in themselves, and become a better version of them by deep diving to change their inner world to change their outer world.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?

I started my business in 2015 i didn’t know anything but i had belief in the possibilities, I had never had my own business before and faced so many things that i wasn’t prepared for like feelings of inadequate, comparing my journey to the success stories in the company, self conscious of how i looked, and that nothing about me would stand out to really impact like i desired and being able to achieve true success… I spent a lot of time working on myself, shifting my mindset, building my spiritual life, learning to love me differently, and trust the process that i was on the right track regardless of what anyone else was doing, I stuck and stayed 4 years with no success showing up, and giving my all to support the company and leadership. I went on to make my 1st 6 figures, then 7 figures in year 5, im now a multiple 7figure earner and top leader in my company, i received the 1st ever Vitruvian Award in 2021 which is an award to represent full embodiment of the company mission, this award has now been renamed the Stormy Wellington award after the top income earner in the company for 10 years , which is such and honor to have the same award that was named after one of my mentors

Have you ever had to pivot?

2023 Was definitely my year to pivot, I found myself very overweight, stressed, lonely, and feeling like a failure, as in business there are highs and lows and i had experienced a very low time for about 1 year and a half professionally and personally…

I made a personal decision in 2023 to get back focused on me and to give myself a chance to truly heal from all the trauma that i had been pushing through since late 2021. I went back to the foundational things that helped me achieve such great heights previously. I immersed in personal development, changed my lifestyle while consuming my amazing products, i have gotten my life back on track lost over walls and have never been happier, with God all this has been possible, surrounding myself with the right people, and focusing only on the things i can control, and to only concern myself with the 24hrs in front of me to move in my purpose, this process allowed me to build back my confidence, belief in myself, and am very excited about the future and sharing with ladies how to take back control of their lives using the methods that worked for me
