By being a part of our social communities our customers have access to exciting activities and exclusive benefits. Additionally, we offer special discounts throughout the year, allowing our customers to indulge in their favorite bohemian styles at a fraction of the cost year round.
Additionally, we have introduced an Urban Charm affiliate program, giving our current and new customers the opportunity to earn financial rewards by sharing their love for The Urban Charm with their friends, family, followers and customers. 2005: Owner, Lani Harmony’s creative journey began as an artist, selling paintings at gallery shows, museums, boutiques, restaurants, and even movies. During this time, she started a small house collection of interchangeable accessories at an affordable price point, which marked her initial foray into the jewelry industry.
Art School and Early Business: As she worked through art school as a single mom, she realized the need for a business that could provide a more stable income. This led her to explore jewelry manufacturing, where she began to develop new skills and expand her knowledge of the industry.
Transition and Learning: Lani moved up the ranks of education and skills, transitioning from painting to teaching, to jewelry design and manufacturing. she gained valuable experience in a male-dominated field, learning the ins and outs of running a creative business and building a network of industry contacts.
2014: With a solid foundation in education and skills, Lani opened The Urban Charm with the mission to empower other single moms to work from home and pursue their creative passions. Little did she know that she would have to lose everything before gaining anything, but the lessons learned were invaluable. That story is for another day.
Challenges and Growth: Despite facing challenges in a competitive industry, Lani remained committed to her artist dreams and persevered through obstacles. Her dedication paid off, and she now has a thriving brand that reflects her passion for creativity and empowerment.
