Hi Lani, thanks for joining us today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
When I first delved into the realm of Bitcoin and blockchain technology back in 2011, the landscape was daunting, even for seasoned entrepreneurs, let alone the average individual. Over the years, this space has evolved exponentially, becoming increasingly complex and often inaccessible to its intended audience – everyday people.
My mission is profoundly meaningful and deeply rooted in this realization: to arm individuals worldwide with the knowledge, tools, resources and user friendly solutions that is needed to confidently navigate the crypto sphere. By unraveling the complexity, I strive to democratize access to the decentralized economy, paving the way for universal participation and financial autonomy.
At the heart of my endeavor lies RYO – a beacon of simplicity and inclusivity. Designed to demystify cryptocurrency transactions for everyday users, RYO Coin represents a bold step towards making digital currencies accessible to the global populace, including those who are unbanked or marginalized. With RYO, I aspire to bridge the gap between the crypto elite and the masses, ushering in a new era of financial empowerment and equality.
Lani, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
My journey into the entrepreneurial and wellness world began with a profound personal experience: the loss of my father to cancer when I was just 12 years old. Driven by a desire to make a difference in the realm of healthcare, I initially pursued a path in medicine, immersing myself in nursing programs and medical courses.
However, it wasn’t long before I realized that my true calling lay in a different avenue of healing. Drawing on my passion for natural wellness, I collaborated with scientists and formulators to develop pure and potent wellness formulas aimed at enhancing lives worldwide. For over three decades, I’ve dedicated myself to building companies that prioritize holistic wellness and personal development, leveraging my own journey of overcoming challenges as an entrepreneur to inspire others and empower individuals to reach their fullest potential.
What sets the products and opportunities I have created apart from others is not only the supreme quality of products I offer, but the underlying philosophy that guides everything I do. How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?
My transition from pursuing a career in medicine to focusing on natural wellness and entrepreneurial endeavors encapsulates a significant pivot in my life. This transition reflects a moment when I reevaluated my path and redirected my efforts toward healing and personal development. This shift represents a pivotal moment where I made a conscious decision to shift the trajectory of my career based on my evolving passions and beliefs. The next pivot came when I shifted my focus to bringing cryptocurrency to the masses.
If you have multiple revenue streams in your business, would you mind opening up about what those streams are and how they fit together?
The RYO Coin Project is a Web3 digital payment platform with multiple revenue streams that encompass the ecosystem. The first is our proprietary Life Wallet, a multifunction digital wallet that allows individuals to trade Cryptocurrencies and transfer them to others by simply using email.
Second is our innovative Global Mall eCommerce platform that allows anyone to shop for a variety of products and services using Cryptocurrencies and other forms of payment.
Third is our first-of-its-kind Crypto ATM Network, which will be strategically placed across Japan in convenient locations. The Crypto ATMs allow anyone to buy or sell in a familiar and easy-to-use form factor.
As a mission-driven project, we generate revenue through transaction fees and advertising fees.
