Lamar , appreciate you joining us today. What did your parents do right and how has that impacted you in your life and career?

My mom and my dad showed me what it meant to stay loyal and faithful..They also showed me what it meant to go after what you believe in and don’t never give up..They showed me so much…my dad always told me that I should coach sports that’s why I’m doing it and my mama always told me the next generation need me that’s why I’m mentoring I’m forever thankful..

I have so many people that look up to what I do..I coach mentor and just work with the next Generation..I help them kids get ready for the next level and I also keep them out of trouble…I’m proud of being a role model and someone that the kids can count on..

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

I had help when it came to my social media presence frfr…I had help from a brother his name Deleon speaks on social media and Katrina Freeman they showed me the way around social media and how to build a niche and how to stay focus and continue to build I’m forever thankful for the both of them…
