Lady Tiffany, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Alright, so you had your idea and then what happened? Can you walk us through the story of how you went from just an idea to executing on the idea

Power Influence Radio truly was an idea that came to me out of the blue!!! I had been a radio show host of The Virtuous Hour for the past 3 years at the time and never really thought about having my own station. I was led to relocate to Atlanta in the middle of the pandemic in 2020. I had a job but I just needed somewhere to host my show. I could not find any where in Atlanta!!! The radio stations were not accepting any new shows because of the mandated quarantine and radio was just done differently in that season. Everyone was at home and noone was at the physical stations. I had a place in Dallas, but there was no way I would be able to go back and forth every weekend to host my show on Saturday mornings!!! I was preparing to leave Atlanta from a weekend visit in September of 2020… after prayer….i begin to pack…and then it happened…. I heard GOD clearly with this vision of launching and running my own radio station!!! Power Influence Radio was born…. I bought the website domain name that very day!!! A month later, I found the logo and created the website…. March 2021 it became a living breathing business!!!! Today we have listeners all over the globe, a TV streaming channel, a partnership with a national TV station that allows us to be heard on Apple TV, Roku, and Firestick, 2 custom listening channels… and more to come!!!!

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

I am just a woman that had dreams, that was bigger than me, and GOD allowed me to birth them. I have been in radio/tv since January of 2018! However my foundation is a minister of the gospel! So I have been blessed to marry the two… to do what love, spread the gospel and play music!!!!!! As a media personality/radio show host, I give a space to entrepreneurs, artist, and authors a place to be seen and share their story. As an entrepreneur, I help support business owners and their brands with marketing/branding solutions. As a radio station owner, I coach individuals on how to launch their own podcast/radio show to amplify their voice and provide the platform for them to do so thru Power Influence Radio. I am most proud of me!!! My ability to be resilient and plow through uncertain seasons with unwavering faith. Its been some really dark times over the past 7 years as I have been building my brand and identity as a CEO!! Many days I truly wanted to give up…….but I am so grateful GOD wouldn’t let me!!

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?

“Then the LORD answered me: “Write down this vision and clearly inscribe it on tablets, so that a herald may run with it. For the vision awaits an appointed time; it testifies of the end and does not lie. Though it lingers, wait for it, since it will surely come and will not delay.…” Habakkuk 2:2
There are 2 lessons to learn as an entrepreneur. The first one is, you can not build on your own…you need help!!! I am a perfectionist, and for the first couple of years, I did EVERYTHING!! Yes I had the vision and the blueprint written down, but doing it all on my own, I experienced burn out QUICK!!!! I had a couple of mistakes in the beginning of trusting people “too soon” with my vision and got hurt badly. But once I healed and kept going, GOD sent me quality faithful help in the form of a Program Director and Media Director!!! They literally read the vision and ran!!! As a result, with help, I can maintain my focus, health and sanity by trusting them to run their lane!! The second lesson is…do not rush the process. I was ready to run and see millions when I launched my business!!! But there is a process of growth that must be established. I had to grow into becoming a CEO, and since I never did this before I had to learn A LOT!! In GODS timing…….he has flourished me and the business and now I can see what he said!! Timing is truly everything…. don’t get frustrated in the process…learn the lessons in the growth phase so that you can enjoy the harvest phase of your business!!

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

I am truly amazed that I have a great social media presence!! One of the mistakes I made, is not thinking anyone would listen to me and follow me!!! In the beginning of my journey and building the Lady Tiffany Nicole brand, I would get frustrated. I would post something and get MAYBE 5 likes!!!! I am seeing others posting content and are in the same space as me.,. but in my opinion, I didn’t think they were as good as me!!! It was through my consistency in showing up that I have built a solidified brand and name. so here’s a couple of tips: 1- don’t compare yourself to any one else. YOU are special and no one can do what you do!! 2- Be authentic!! Its ok to see others and be inspired by them, but do not imitate them!!! 3- Be consistent!! Set a pace and stick with it!! Schedule your post for 2 to 3 times a week to start. You MUST stay on the time lines in order for people to SEE you!! The more you post and be consistent, the more you show up on their algorithms. Lastly, 4- give yourself grace. Social Media Influencers that you see representing brands, going viral, etc… it did not happen over night!!! It was a lot of trial and error, hits and misses.
