LaDrienna , appreciate you joining us today. So, let’s start with trends – what are some of the largest or more impactful trends you are seeing in the industry?
The biggest trend I’m seeing in real estate is homeowners taking advantage of their increased equity. Whether it’s to remodel their current home, purchase an additional property, further their education, or to build a business. Being a homeowner is a great way to build wealth.

I am LaDrienna McMillian, luxury realtor of LUXHeritage Realty powered by Keller Williams. I started in this business as a mortgage loan specialist working with lease purchase homes and credit repair. I am proud to say that I helped a lot of people purchase homes that they thought they never would. I am now your realtor and my mission is to help to Creating Generational Wealth and Build a Legacy. I specialize in buyer purchasing, home selling, credit assistance, rental properties, investment properties, lease purchase options, and equity loans. I am here for all of your real estate needs.
We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
I worked as a mortgage lender for many years in South Carolina. Now working in the Atlanta, Georgia market for over 10 years, I had to, not unlearn, but definitely separate the laws of SC from the laws of Georgia and stay focused on the differences of the states.
Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
I built my reputation in this industry off of honesty, integrity, education, and experience . I always stay abreast to all current real estate information. Also making sure the clients are aware of the false information regarding real estate as well.
