So, we’d love to get a conversation going around how to best help clients feel appreciated – maybe you can share something you’ve done or seen someone do that’s been really effective at helping a customer feel valued?
My consultations are geared with appreciating the client, that’s the solution. I want to continue to set myself apart from other Holistic and Natural based businesses. I offer clients supportive services, such as affordability, high quality products and most of all I spend time with each client showing them its a life long process of us staying connected while we all continue to stay healthy.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
My name is LaDonna Kornegay-Bey, and I found my purpose with using all natural products. COVID19 really sat me down, I was in the Banking industry, yet I felt a deeper pull with finding my life purpose. I was introduced to Sea Moss. Initially, I wasn’t interested, but obviously God has other plans for me. I live in a small town, everyone noticed my great change with using natural products, and before I agreed to help my Community, I wanted to do it right. I started my business in 2020. My life goal was to rebuild a new foundation, a new self, from the inside out, and just be me while changing the world. I have expanded to making my own formulations, of capsules, from all natural bitters, herbal toothpaste, and more. I solve problems such as the common cold, allergies, asthma, organ repair, hair loss, fibroids, womb repair, and more. My consultations will provide a clear step by step herbal solution with high success rates. My clients get just what they need and never have to make uncertain choices of what to purchase. I am most proud of the clients I still have from day one, new ones, referrals, business collaborations, and I am most proud of everyone trusting me enough to provide them healthy alternatives that saves their life and money, I want everyone to know to always listen to there intuition, ask questions, have an open heart to holistic products, and be positive through the process.
How did you build your audience on social media?
I built my audience by making live videos, I showed the process of product preparation, I started campaigns, I shared other holistic businesses facts, and I separated my business page from my personal page. I began posting several times a day, paying attention to my overall business performance.
What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
My most effective strategy for growing my clientele is providing top tier, high quality service. I am always on time, I listen, provide facts, and gather information from each client. They appreciate how caring, and knowledgeable I am. Trust is built, and each client always tells another person about their experience. I always gain new clientele. I also, collaborate with other businesses with brick and mortars to sell my products at their place of business to build clientele also. Every where I go, I tell someone about what I do.
