Hi Ladeyah, thanks for joining us today. Looking back, what’s an important lesson you learned at a prior job
The most important lesson I’ve learned at my previous jobs is to remain humble. Respect and good character go a long way. Without it the business crumbles, I’ve watched teams fail because management was rude and aggressive. Starting a business I’ve always remained humbled and respectful to my peers and greatness has come my way.

Well, my business is called,” A true passionately pink event”. Where we connect and support women on their healing journey. These women have been through traumatic experiences like sexual, physical, and mental abuse. My goal is to make healing fun and lay out the positive tools to help them along their healing journeys. I’ve been through a hefty amount of trauma throughout my life and I’ve developed ways throughout my youth and adulthood to better my mental health by fueling my life around growth and positivity.
These events are not only fun we also get deep with ourselves. These events are motivation to be the best person you can be and form beautiful long-lasting friendships along the way. My goal is to inspire people to make a difference in their lives 💕
How did you build your audience on social media?
I built my audience by genuinely being me. I see a lot of the same business tactics on social media and I’ve decided just to simply be me and that’ll attract the right audience.
Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?
Managing a team can be a challenge but it is possible to obtain greatness. First and foremost BE yourself, stand strong on your business beliefs and Consistency is key. Sympathize when needed but never double back on your morals and beliefs. Respect people to receive the utmost respect.
