We were lucky to catch up with Lacey Cribb recently and have shared our conversation below.
Lacey, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Can you share a customer success story with us?
This 7-figure client was in dire need of tech support for their upcoming launch. With a short timeframe all I could really dig deep into was executing their plan with their current tech stack and making sure it all ran smoothly so they could focus on showing up. As I was working the launch I saw opportunities to improve launch strategies and an out-dated tech stack.
They decided to keep me on for upcoming launches and eventually brought me on in a retainer capacity as well.
Between launches I would suggest changes, and would focus on making incremental improvements to their launch strategy and tech. The client quickly started realizing the additional value I had to offer on top of executing tech.
Most (if not all) of my suggestions and improvements are adopted. I saw this particular client go from making $200K one launch to $400K next launch and so on. One significant change here that the new landing page software and design I implemented converted at almost 40% for the $400K launch. Whereas the previous launch on a different platform converted at 20-30%. We are now setting our sites on 1M launch.
Here are their words:
Lacey Cribb is your go-to for 7-figure launch support.
“Embarking on our journey with Lacey was like adding a missing piece in our business puzzle. We originally sought her out for robust tech support during our live launches. Thankfully, she was referred by a friend from our mastermind of 7-figure business owners.
Little did we know, we were in for a treat. Lacey isn’t just about nailing the tech. She’s a mastermind of launch strategy and creativity. Not only did she guide us through the technical maze, she also shared gamechanging strategies and ideas.
For example, she came up with a new offering called ‘CEO Days’ – a group coaching quarterly strategy day to plan out our clients’ lead generation activity for the quarter. This new offering sold SO well and is now a client favorite.
In terms of launch support, Lacey was able to redesign our landing pages to improve conversion, get our tech stack in order, and support all of our launch tech systems without a single mistake or costly error, whereas tech teams in the past have cost us 6-figures in sales with missing links, broken funnels, and unsent marketing emails.
With Lacey, we’ve been able to radically increase our launch numbers knowing her team has it covered. Thank you Lacey for everything you’ve done for us.”

Lacey, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

Can you talk to us about how your funded your business?
Many believe that entering the online business world, particularly in coaching or consulting, is a low-cost venture. This is somewhat true, considering the basic cost of tools needed to support your business. However, a common pitfall is overspending on tools, lured by the illusion that there’s a magic solution out there, a one-size-fits-all for every business challenge. But the truth is, building your business’s digital infrastructure should align with your specific, current business needs.
As a tech expert, I had an advantage. I managed to keep my initial tech costs low, utilizing just one CRM and a website platform for contracts, invoicing, payments, emailing, and more. My approach has always been cost-effective, which is something I advocate for early-stage entrepreneurs. You can check out the tech stack I recommend at Lacey Cribb’s Tech Guide.
Despite this, I knew that keeping my initial investment minimal wasn’t enough to catapult my business forward. I needed to accelerate my plan. So, I made a bold decision to invest in a high-end, five-figure coaching program. It wasn’t an easy choice. My fiancé and I had to dig into our savings to fund my dream, and the weight of this decision was palpable.
At that time, I was on extended parental leave with my second child, with virtually no income. The stakes were high, and the pressure to succeed was immense. But amidst this pressure, I held onto a powerful truth, a daily reflection that kept me grounded and focused:
I was investing in myself. Not in someone else’s business, but in me. I had unshakeable trust in my ability to show up, to do the work that was required. Yes, the coaching program provided invaluable guidance – and it did its part brilliantly – but it was me who put in the effort. It was me who transformed learning into action. A coach can lead you to the path, but they can’t walk it for you.

Are there any books, videos, essays or other resources that have significantly impacted your management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy?
Well this is a loaded question that I could go on and on and on about! I am an AVID reader. I crush books on the daily especially professional development books. Leadership development and high-team performance was always a passion of mine. In 2018, I actually wrote a paper for my Master’s program on Effective Virtual Leadership prior to Covid. It has been cited in other scholarly work since then.
Now on to my book list:
Likeable Business by Dave Kerpen
Traffic Secrets by Russell Brunson
Scaling Up by Verne Harnish
The First 90 Days by Michael Watkins
Triggers by Marshall Goldsmith
