We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Kyle Turner a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Alright, Kyle thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. What’s been the most meaningful project you’ve worked on?

One of the most meaningful projects I’ve worked on is my EP Just Getting Started Vol 2. I felt as if my flow/cadence improved overall from the first iteration. It has great meaning to me because I actually recorded all 4 songs on the mixtape which was more hands on in getting the sound I wanted to achieve. I had a good friend of mine to mix and master two of the songs (Pain Into Passion/Feelin Myself) and the other two (Ride or Die/Rage Mode) I decided to leave it the way it was cause I liked how the vocals turned out on my computer.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

Good morning/ afternoon to my fellow readers I am Kteeeezy here to continue to shed light on my musical journey. I’m an Independent Artist /CEO that got serious about music in 2019. Performing at showcases, online marketing, networking , support from family and friends and building relationships has gotten me to where I am today. Kteeeezy Kreationz and Kteeeezy Klothing are two businesses I started within my empire. Kteeeezy Kreationz is a marketing company that provides music videos, YouTube Promotion, Spotify Promotion, Social Media Promo, and detailed solutions for an independent artist. The Grind Don’t Stop and Hussle Hearted are two logos I have currently for my clothing line and I appreciate everyone who supports the movement. The main thing I want my supporters and potential clients to know is my determination in the music industry. If we’re working alongside each other I just want you to know that I’m pushing your brand as much as I push mine to achieve success.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

I built an audience on social media by consistently posting content on all platforms and gaining new fans. Also I use the analytics on my YouTube page for marketing purposes. If I’m getting a great amount of views from a certain area I’ll run an ad and have it focus there to continue to build. Brand awareness is important, even if you get no likes or engagement somebody seen it so just keep pushing forward.

Do you think there is something that non-creatives might struggle to understand about your journey as a creative? Maybe you can shed some light?

I feel as though the purpose of my journey may be misinterpreted by some people on the outside looking in. My soul purpose is to create a solid foundation to pass down for generations to come. By expressing myself freely in my music I’m serving as a focal point of Artist creativity that inspires others that come across me and my movement. I love making music and I plan on continuing to push out more music, business ventures , and ideas to serve the purpose.
