Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Kyle Krall. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Kyle, appreciate you joining us today. What do you think it takes to be successful?
Success, to me, is about being able to do what I love and having an impact on others while doing it. It’s not just about hitting big goals but also about constantly improving my skills and learning along the way. I believe success is finding a balance between pursuing my passions, like media and photography, and staying true to myself. It’s also about building meaningful relationships, creating opportunities, and leaving a lasting mark on the projects and people I work with. Success isn’t just about recognition; it’s about personal growth and the journey itself.

Kyle, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I’m Kyle Krall, the owner and creator behind MediaByKyle, based in Fort Worth, Texas. I got into this field because of my love for photography and media, which started with sports photography at Aledo High School. From there, I expanded my skills through Bearcat TV and other media work, focusing on Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
Through MediaByKyle, I provide photography and videography services, mostly for sports but also for other events and creative projects. I solve problems for my clients by delivering high-quality visuals that capture the moments they want to remember or showcase. Whether it’s a game-winning shot or a special event, I make sure to create something that stands out.
What sets me apart is my dedication to the craft and my ability to connect with the people I work with. I’m proud of how far I’ve come, especially with my certifications in Adobe and the work I’ve done with Aledo Student Media and local figures. What I want people to know about MediaByKyle is that it’s more than just a brand—it’s about passion, precision, and always aiming to provide the best for my clients. I’m constantly growing, learning, and striving to leave a lasting impact on every project.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
I built my social media presence by consistently sharing my work and being active in my community. I focused on posting high-quality content, whether it was sports photography, event coverage, or creative projects, to showcase my skills and passion. Engaging with others, responding to comments, and collaborating with people in the industry also helped me grow. I paid attention to what my audience was interested in, adapted my content, and made sure everything I posted represented my brand and what I stand for. Over time, this consistency and interaction helped me build a loyal following.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
One story that really shows my resilience is from when I first started doing sports photography. I remember being at a game, trying to capture the perfect shots, but nothing seemed to be working out. The lighting was tough, the action was fast, and I felt like I wasn’t getting anything usable. It was frustrating, and I started doubting myself and my abilities.
Instead of giving up, I went back home and spent hours reviewing the footage and photos, figuring out what went wrong. I studied other photographers’ work, practiced even more, and taught myself how to adjust to difficult situations. The next time I was out shooting, I was better prepared, more confident, and determined not to let a tough situation get the best of me.
That experience taught me that resilience isn’t about avoiding failure but learning from it and coming back stronger. It’s been a key part of my journey ever since, whether I’m dealing with a challenging shoot or trying to grow my brand. I’ve learned to push through setbacks and always keep improving.
