We recently connected with Kween Langlois and have shared our conversation below.
Kween, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today. Can you open up about a risk you’ve taken – what it was like taking that risk, why you took the risk and how it turned out?
I remember a time when being a LPN was not the most popular Nursing career choice. I thought no one will take me serious as a Nurse Entrepreneur, although I have over 18 years experience. However, after years of over achieving and exceeding at prior positions, I decided to take a leap of faith and start my own business. It definitely was a huge risk, but I was up for the challenge. The decision to start reFRESHed has been the most rewarding risk I could ever ask for. Like anything new (job, relationship, new city) it takes time to adjust. Thankfully, reFRESHed grew quicker than I could ever image. We now have countless clients and gaining new clients each day. I also have the opportunity to coach and train other Nurse Entrepreneurs to take that risk and leap of faith. I am beyond grateful for this new chapter in my life. I am looking forward to the future and other business adventures.
Kween, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
Being transparent and thoroughly builds a foundation of trust. Go above and beyond to show you care. Your actions do matter. If your client trusts you, you are able to perform your duties properly and give them the best care. Providing the best care to your clients will make them feel worthy and pleased to have done business with you and will most likely refer your services to others. This brings more clientele and revenue to the business.
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
I think my authenticity and persona helped me build my brand. I always strive to be transparent and open. My community get to see the real me. Most can appreciate that and want to see more of real life scenarios. It’s no doubt that I am different and I’m okay with that. My clients and community appreciate the love and passion I give when serving them.
