We recently connected with Kwasi Moses and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Kwasi thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Let’s talk legacy – what sort of legacy do you hope to build?
I hope my legacy will be,,that my clients and people will remember the love and passion I have for cooking good quality food and creating Memories and KwazKanCook cooking experience

Kwasi, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I cook my 1st meal when I was 7rs old, I fried some chicken cook some Corn and top Ramen. When my mother came home from work she just cried . all. Since I never
gave up on my passion for the arts of culinary, I decided to pursue my desire to learn more about the art
by enrolling in Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, Sacramento, California.
Desires and passion flourished. Prior to graduating, my drive to become a Chef was tested when my past
injuries returned and the need for surgery was necessary. Against the doctor’s recommendation, I
returned to school immediately after to move forward with my mission to become one of the best.
After a struggling final journey of my pursuit, I graduated and became who I believe to be a visionary of
the culinary arts. Had the opportunity to exhibit my art and vision alongside celebrity Chef James “J.R.”
Robinson from Fox’s hit show Hell’s Kitchen and Jeff the 420Chef of Los Angeles, California. As an aspiring
chef I was featured in Untouchable Magazine and voted as the #1 best personal and private chef in 2016
throughout the Sacramento area by thumbtack.com. Shared my creations with Rap/R&B artist group Rae
Sremmurd, Former Mayor Michael Tubbs of Stockton, Ca, Former UCLA star and 2020 NFL draft pick
Darnay Holmes, Sacramento Kings Point Guard Yogi Ferrell, NFL Hall of Famer and 3-time super bowl
Champion, Shannon Sharpe, Milwaukee Bucks #1 Draft pick Marjon Beauchamp, also cook for J.B.Smoove .Had the pleasure of
being a guest on Good Day Sacramento hosted by Ashley Williams which can be viewed on
gooddaysacramento.cbslocal.com/segments. In 2019, In 2020 I came out with a Gourmet Butter line of Carribean Jerk Butter hot and Mild, a pesto butter and a All-Purpose Seasoning and i have Vegan Butters also. I was featured
in the Influencer Magazine where I was able to share some of my experiences as a chef. Expertise,
attention to detail, and masterful artistry is a powerful combination that has earned me prestigious
honors throughout the culinary field. I enjoy the smiles that I create with my vision. Bon Appetite!

Have you ever had to pivot?
Well during the pandemic my private Chef business was at a stand still due to Covid 19. So that’s when I started my Gourmet Butter Line and it took off ,I was able to ship all around the world and still going strong til this day.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
