Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to KW- Rene’ Schooler. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
KW- Rene’ , appreciate you joining us today. Can you recount a time when the advice you provided to a client was really spot on? (Please note this response is for education/entertainment purposes only and shouldn’t be construed as advice for the reader)
“You are worthy just as you are.” I give this advice to so many people every day. Our worthiness in relationship is always at question. Our worthiness to live a happy life where we feel fulfilled and of service, where we feel like someone cares is something that many people struggle with in all areas of their lives. However, a few years back a man came to me, and I could tell that he was deeply troubled. He shared with me his troubles with the company that he had started, his heart break in his recent divorce and the pain that he had with what that caused between him and his four children. He told me his fears and how he believed that everything was saying that he was a failure. We sat and spoke on the concepts of ego, sabotaging programs that can be buried deep in the psyche from childhood even, how his body might be holding onto the emotional trauma and creating some of the physical issues he was experiencing. I taught him some basic therapeutic breathing techniques, walked him through what I call “trash can journaling,” and introduced him to the law of gratitude. He left my office and went back into his life with all that I had provided.
A few months later, at one of our coaching sessions he broke down in tears, asked if he could hug me and I said yes. When we came out of the hug, tears still streaming down his cheeks he smiled and said, “You have no idea what you have done, do you?” He was correct. “You saved my life. That day that I came to you a few months back, I was going to kill myself. I had my gun in my truck and I told myself that my appointment with you was my last attempt to feel better. When I left your office, I got in my truck, the phone rang, it was my daughter, and she was upset. I focused on my breathing, I focused on the law of gratitude, and I taught her some of what you had shared with me. I felt valuable and of service in that moment and my heart exploded with gratitude. I knew that I was not done here on Earth. I had a purpose. I was worthy of living, of love, of happiness and living a good life.”
I will never forget this man’s vulnerable story of how close he was and how my words and presence in his life that day altered his very existence. My best advice to anyone reading this is, ” KNOW that you are worthy. God does not make unworthy things and the desire that is in your heart for that good life, was put there because it is yours already if you will only allow your worthiness to manifest.”

KW- Rene’ , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I have over two decades of working with individuals, couples and facilitating workshops around intimacy, emotional links to well-being and success, strategies for success and much more. I have been published with some incredible experts in co-written books, was an expert coach on Lifetime TV – Married at First Sight, been published in magazines and done more radio and podcast interviews then I can count. I adore, simple adore and do what I do because I love witnessing people transform and realize how beautiful they really are.
My Mission Statement on my website reads as follow:
~I am a woman on a mission to help other brilliant rebellious souls who are exhausted from the mundane life, overwhelmed by the trauma, pain and suffering of what we have allowed to manifest thus far – ever hopeful, courageous and pursuing of this “sacred union” of love and devotion that we want for without equal, all the while being a little reckless, playful and uniquely us. I am a woman on a mission to witness you, because I have walked in similar shoes, and I know your hunger. I understand your fear.
My mission is to start a revolution.
It’s a soul-tion, YOUR SOUL – unapologetically free, in love and favor of God. ~
Over the course of time, I have developed a hybrid approach to helping people heal, align and restore the lives that they want. This hybrid approach makes use of what I call F-ck Yes! Life Coaching and SBL Integration. Let me share a bit about each with you.
I believe in a whole being approach and simplicity. Life was not intended to be so difficult by God/Universe. When we are in alignment with our SOUL which means that we are acting from our heart-based integrity, then life just flows and with it all things good in abundance. We consciously become the manifesters of our life experiences. F-ck Yes! Life coaching teaches you the foundations of this and provides you with everything you need to build your legacy in life by accessing your soul blueprint and releasing the trauma and negative programs that create the resistance to truly thriving.
Soul Body Life (SBL) Integration is a body-based approach to trauma release, unprocessed emotions that can even go back to childhood and has helped in overcoming many physical conditions that can have an emotional base. In SBL Integration you will experience a blend of over a half a dozen modalities – a hybrid structural integration program that also makes use of Quantum Touch, Acupressure, Vagus Nerve Work, Body Trains and Meridians and Sports Recovery. SBL Integration is perfect for anyone who has suffered and wants to overcome sexual, physical, emotional or mental trauma and abuse, stress/anxiety, physical accidents and surgeries. It also helps with a multitude of sexual dysfunctions for both men and women, can help to restore emotional intimacy and harmonized thought and emotional patterning through a de-armoring process and has its roots in kundalini or chi based practices to help individuals access their higher selves.

Have you ever had to pivot?
La petite mort, a small death. Joseph Campbell speaks about this in his talks about the hero’s journey. In business, like in life we are faced with such a journey and we must continuously realign ourselves to who we have become. Many people struggle with this concept in business, in intimate relationship such as a marriage and many other places believing that we are just to remain the same throughout life. This is not true though. We are not who we were but who we have become and we will all become someone new, for some of us we life wash over us and remain a victim to it, unconscious. For others, we work at taking conscious action toward our transformation of self. I share this, because in my business life which often finds its way through my personal experiences and relationships has gone through such little deaths three times over the last fifteen years. I happen to be in such a death and rebirth cycle right now as I share this with Voyage Dallas. It is a remaking of the self, but more so an alignment process with who I have become. My path has remained the same, my passion for helping induvial and couples in relationship and the healing of the emotional/spiritual aspects so that they can live what I call the F-ck Yes! Life, which is simply thriving instead of surviving is all the same, however in order for my brand (KW) to impact the most lives, to reach the people who need my expertise, teachings and work I must fully align to who I am in all of my life and message from that space with confidence or I will have limited impact and attract clients and followers who are not my tribe. These little deaths of self, a remaking of our lives and businesses are just pivots frequently but they are gamechangers for our greatness, making our dreams a reality as long as we stay aligned to our souls, to who we are.
We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
Over the course of my time here in Dallas, which is going on almost 15-years now, I went through a few challenges that required me to have massive resilience if I wanted the life and business that I have today. Everywhere from when I got started not having a support system in any fashion, managing a divorce I was going through, being pretty much a single mom at the time of five children, making ends meet in a world that I did not understand when it came to being a business owner, to experiencing a rape by one of my male clients which on top of everything else that was happening in my life I had to overcome and be even more determined to heal and make my business successful, I also had to overcome the fear of working with men in my office. Years later, my business suffered as well as my energy, focus and personal world when my aging mother took a turn for the worse with dementia and I was her caregiver. Coming out of that, I met my match with domestic violence one evening with my long-standing live-in partner that made it impossible for me to walk or write. And then we have Covid-19 and all it brought to everyone.
What I can share with you about these snippets of some struggles that I have experienced to name a few is that my desire to overcome, to thrive and my belief in the power of my thoughts and motivation to make a better life for myself, my now seven children and grand-children and to live a life of service, abundance and authentic connection and love is what has provided me with the resilience to just keep stepping in sometimes a blind faith, knowing that if I step forward from an aligned place of who I am at my soul level that the path will always present itself. And it does. I have had many struggles and painful spots to contend with, but I have always been blessed to have exactly what I need come into play when I need it as well.
