Kushagra , appreciate you joining us today. One of the most important things we can do as business owners is ensure that our customers feel appreciated. What’s something you’ve done or seen a business owner do to help a customer feel valued?

At our practice, we go above and beyond for our clients. Frequently our patients have easy access to the clinic and patients often can contact the doctor directly after surgery for questions. In addition, our practice provides concierge level after care for surgery patients

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

I used to work in academics because I loved to teach. I had the vision of opening a concierge level spine only practice that served an underserved community. My goal with this was to provide the highest quality spine care to a community that was most in need. We do both minimally invasive surgery and complex spine/revision surgery.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?

Spending time with patients daily in clinic, hiring good kind people in the office, and doing quality surgery is how we have built our reputation. Patients and doctors know that I am fully committed to excellence in spine surgery and always am honest with patients.

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?

We started our practice february 1st 2020, a very challenging time as businesses were being shut down and elective surgery was put on hold. We learned to take care of our team, our patients, and run an efficient team. As our business thrived we were able to negotiate better contracts with insurance companies and reinvest into the business. Proud to say we have recently opened a new office:
