Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Kumar Rajesh. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Kumar, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. The first dollar your business earns is always special and we’d love to hear how your brand made its first dollar of revenue.
Uff, I was scrolling through Facebook during my night shift at my previous job. I was the only person working at the company that night. Someone posted about website development, so I sent him a DM. He responded quickly—of course, why wouldn’t he, since I was offering him work for free?
We communicated about the project and discussed a lot of ideas, which inspired me to plan my own business.
As human being we never knows or imagine the plan of God .

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
Well, I’m not much of a public speaker, but I’ll share a few words about my journey. I was born and grew up in a small town, living with my mom until I graduated. I was average in my studies, and I often got punished by my teachers. The first time I stepped out of my hometown was to pursue my Master’s degree (MBA) in Bangalore, which is known as the Silicon Valley of India.
In the beginning, my MBA experience was challenging due to language barriers; most people spoke English or the local language, while I was used to Hindi. However, over time, I improved my English and became proficient within six months, graduating in 2008.
Shortly after my MBA, the market crashed due to the financial crisis in the USA, making it hard to find a job. I started my career as a Sales Executive at a small software company, where I worked for less than a year for minimal pay.
I then left that job and started my own placement consultancy. I earned a lot of money in that business, but my conscience wouldn’t allow me to stay in it long due to the numerous scams and frauds affecting interns. It felt wrong to play with their emotions, ambitions, and hard work just to earn a few bucks, so one day I decided to quit.
In 2014, I joined another company as a Business Marketing Manager in the IT sector. I learned about the business ideas the company was pursuing and how to generate leads through online portals. Eventually, my boss moved to Canada and shut down his business in India.
That’s when I decided to take a risk and start my own company. Interestingly, I had no knowledge of coding or design, as my background was entirely in marketing. However, during my time in this business, I learned many things. Story still continue….

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
One key lesson I had to unlearn was the idea that success is solely defined by external achievements—like job titles or salary. I realised that true fulfilment comes from pursuing my passions and values, not just what society expects. This shift allowed me to focus more on building meaningful connections and creating a positive impact, rather than just chasing accolades. It was liberating to redefine success on my own terms!

Can you tell us the story behind how you met your business partner?
I am the solo person in this journey , No partner no funding partner.
