Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Krupa Corn. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Alright, Krupa thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
At Restored Birth and Fitness, our mission is simple: prioritizing rebuilding over bouncing back.
If you’ve ever been pregnant, you know how loud the “bounce back” culture can be. The questions start early:
“When will I lose the baby weight?”
“When will I look like myself again?”
“When will I bounce back?”
It’s everywhere and honestly, it’s exhausting. Society praises pregnant bodies, but the moment the baby is born, the pressure to erase any sign of pregnancy begins. It’s a toxic cycle, and it doesn’t serve our health or our healing.
At Restored Birth and Fitness, we shift the focus. Instead of chasing aesthetics or unrealistic timelines, we’re here to support your recovery: gently, intentionally, and with your long-term well-being in mind.
I know the pressure firsthand. After my first baby, I was desperate to “look normal” again. I jumped into intense workouts far too soon and ended up on the verge of pelvic organ prolapse. It took a friend, now a pelvic floor physical therapist, to help me understand the harm I was doing by trying to rush the process.
When I got pregnant with my second, I saw it as a second chance. I took a different approach, one rooted in healing and education. I learned how little postpartum guidance actually exists beyond that 6-week “you’re good to go” check-up. So, I dove in:
• I studied pelvic floor therapy
• Became a certified personal trainer
• Completed advanced training in perinatal fitness, focusing on everything from diastasis recti to breathing, core recovery, and beyond
That journey led me here, starting Restored Birth and Fitness. A place where postpartum healing is honored, strength is rebuilt, and you’re supported every step of the way and not rushed to “bounce back,” but guided toward true restoration.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I’ve been an avid weightlifter for over 10 years, fitness has always been a big part of my life. I continued to lift (and even ran a bit) during both of my pregnancies, but it wasn’t until after giving birth that I realized just how little support and guidance there is for postpartum recovery, especially when it comes to exercise.
Most women are given the green light to return to activity at their 6-week checkup, but that “all clear” comes with no real education. No one tells you how to rebuild your core, protect your pelvic floor, or ease back into movement safely. Instead, many moms jump into HIIT workouts or start running again only to end up dealing with pelvic pain, incontinence, or prolapse, with no idea what went wrong or how to fix it.
That gap in care is what brought me to this industry. I wanted to be part of the solution, to help educate and support women through one of the most physically demanding transitions of their lives.
There are so many outdated absolutes floating around:
“You shouldn’t squat or deadlift anymore.”
“Don’t lift anything over 25 pounds.”
But let’s be real life doesn’t work that way. As moms, we squat to pick up our kids, deadlift strollers into trunks, carry toddlers and grocery bags at the same time. Instead of telling women to avoid these things, we should be teaching them how to do them safely and effectively.
That’s what we do at Restored Birth and Fitness. I start with education because when women understand their bodies, they can move with confidence. From there, I guide them through functional, personalized movement that supports their unique needs. Every woman responds differently, and I take the time to truly understand what each client is navigating, physically and emotionally.
What sets Restored apart is our commitment to prioritizing rebuilding over bouncing back. Healing isn’t a race, and it’s not about fitting into pre-baby jeans. It’s about strength, confidence, and long-term wellness.
The best part of my work are the wins. Messages from clients like,
“I finally stopped peeing myself after a long run!”
or “I just hit a PR on my deadlift!”
Those victories remind me why this work matters.

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
The most effective way to grow my clientele is listening over talking. People want to be listened to, especially moms. They are at their most vulnerable and sometimes being the one they can talk to and open up about their problems is the best way to grow. Being relatable and wanting to understand their problems, not just trying to solve a problem has been the biggest difference.

What’s been the best source of new clients for you?
One of the best sources for getting new clients is through referrals and being open and honest. Treating each client with patience and acceptance, makes them feel more comfortable and relating to them allows them to be more open. They remember how you made them feel, and if you left good impression, you’re more likely to get referred.
