The mission behind Velvet Serenity. I was born from a simple truth: beauty should feel healing, not hurried. I’ve spent years in this industry and saw how often beauty services became rushed, transactional, or disconnected. I wanted to create something more than a place to get your nails done—I wanted to create a space where women could feel calm, seen, and cared for.
My mission is to blend artistry and wellness. Every detail—from the soothing music to the gentle touch and the peaceful energy—is designed to help clients feel balanced and recharged. I believe when we slow down and care for ourselves, we carry that peace into every part of our lives. That’s the real beauty.
Velvet Serenity isn’t just a brand—it’s my way of giving people something I wish I had during hard times: a space to exhale, feel good in your own skin, and walk out a little lighter.

Hello! I’m Kristy Le, and my journey into the beauty industry began with a passion for nail care and a commitment to excellence, as the founder of Velvet Serenity. I create serene nail spa experiences that blend relaxation with expert craftsmanship.
Our services at Velvet Serenity focus on creating a tranquil oasis where clients can unwind while receiving top-tier nail treatments. We solve the common challenge of finding a peaceful escape from daily stresses by offering personalized care in a soothing environment.

On the outside, people saw me working, smiling, and building my brand. But what they didn’t know was that I was silently dealing with a personal hardship. I still showed up for my clients every day, did my best work, and gave them peace—even when I didn’t have peace myself. That taught me how powerful women are, especially when we choose to keep going.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
In my journey, during Covid have to shut down. I lost a lot of clients and had to rebuild my book from scratch. It was discouraging—but instead of panicking, I used it as a chance to elevate my branding, improve my customer service, and create a better space that reflected my values. That challenge pushed me to grow in ways I wouldn’t have if everything had gone smoothly. Now I see every obstacle as a setup for my next level.
