We were lucky to catch up with Kristina Popova recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Kristina, thanks for joining us today. Did you always know you wanted to pursue a creative or artistic career? When did you first know?

Honestly, I’ve known my whole life that I am meant for this path, yet it took me a while to truly start living it. A car accident in January 2020 changed everything! It made me ask myself
“What am I doing with my life? Am I happy with the jobs, places and people in my life? Who am I truly and what is my purpose here?”
The more I was answering those questions to myself, the more I was realizing that I have been afraid to live the life meant for me. To show the world what I’m truly capable of. To show myself that I know no limits.
The car accident was only the beginning of this new journey for me and it’s been quite the roller coaster so far. But I wouldn’t want it any other way!
I’ve learned a lot about myself, my purpose, my passions and the industry.
And I keep learning something new every day.
I love it and I’m eager to see what the future holds :)

Making a living, even a fortune, while doing what you love is just the best!

Kristina, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

Where do I begin 😄

I am in international Model, Dancer, Singer & Actress, a world Traveler, Digital Nomad & Entrepreneur.
I’ve been singing & dancing my entire life even though I wasn’t always doing it professionally. I’ve been modeling over 6 years now and I’ve been a part of the digital world ever since Covid started.

Honestly, Covid & the isolation are the main reasons why I chose to get into the social media & digital creation.
I was left without a regular job and that opened my mind & motivated me to look for other alternatives.
For a while I was singing, talking about life and dancing on an international live streaming app. It was a blast! I met so many wonderful talented people from all over the world! Some of which are till present time still in my life. ❤️
That experience motivated me to start learning how to grow my social media and start putting myself & my talents out there in the online world.
One of the best decisions I’ve ever made!
Focusing on social media opened numerous doors for me and amazing opportunities followed!
Brands, agencies and people in the industry started contacting me, offering me sponsorships, gigs and many other awesome opportunities related to all that I love doing!

I’m a person who believes that we create our own reality, so I started setting intentions to live life full of fun, doing what I love & loving what I do!
And it started happening! Slowly but surely I started living the life I’ve only dreamed of in the past!
Such a wonderful feeling, especially when I’ve always believed that I prefer my way than the easy way and I’ve worked hard to prove myself in the industry.
I did a lot of gigs for free in the very beginning, focusing on networking & showing what I’m capable of. And it paid of!
In the beginning of 2022 I finally started to get paid to do what I love, creating content in mansions & magical places, and just having an overall awesome time!
I met the most beautiful women from all over and truly created a community which I haven’t had in years!

I’ve lived in the US 10yrs, born & raised in Bulgaria, and also a traveler. So I was always the new girl in town. It was hard to truly connect with people, to have a community, to feel like I belong.
And 2022 it finally all happened!

Ever since, I’ve been freelancing and continuing my new journey, continuing to grow, online & in real life.
I’ve always dreamed of Freedom! Freedom to do what I love, to go where I want to, when I want to, no limitations, no fear!
The online world gave me that opportunity and I’m forever grateful 🙏

Due to unfortunate circumstances, I lost my Father and my Grandfather in less than 6 months. So I had to come back to Europe and be there for my family.
It’s been an incredibly hard time for me and my family, but I know that my loved ones that have passed are watching over me, protecting me and guiding me. I know they want more than anything for me to be happy & fulfilled. So I continue forward & up, making them proud and living the life they’ve always wanted for me. The life I’ve always wanted for myself.

Now being back in Europe, I’m super excited to do all that I did in the US, internationally and know no limits!
I’m a child of the universe and I want to touch the hearts of people globally ❤️

I’m also very proud to represent my country Bulgaria and my home town Blagoevgrad in the International Miss Woman beauty contest that is held in Rome, Italy 16th of April 2023. It’s my first beauty competition and I’m super excited!

From the many things I do, I would love to continue inspiring people to follow their dreams, to believe in themselves and face their fears with a smile 😁
I would love to travel the world and do motivational speaking as well. I’ve always felt like I am a story teller and it will mean the world to me to share my long roller coaster like story.
I would love to inspire women globally to embody and be proud of who they truly are! Confidence is key to success, because if you don’t believe in yourself, if you don’t love yourself, if you don’t feel worthy… how can you expect others to see you that way 🤷🏽‍♀️

Stay tuned, because I will soon start working on my own music, dance choreographies and even a clothing line! I love fashion just as much as I love music!!

What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?

Being an artist/ creative is something that comes naturally to me. Therefore I love being it 🥰 The best part is that I’m doing what I love while I have the opportunity to travel the world & support myself! I love to share my ideas with the world, I love to collab/ work with other creatives and I absolutely love the freedom that I feel having from doing what I love! It all comes down to love & freedom!
Feel the love and always remember that freedom is your birthright! 💋

Is there mission driving your creative journey?

I want to travel the world while living my best life, while helping the planet! I want my words to bring motivation, inspiration and awareness!
I want my music (one day) to heal the minds & the hearts of humanity!
I want to make a global change for the better! To leave a legacy! To inspire others to live their best life too, because it’s all possible for all of us! ❤️
