Hi Kristina, thanks for joining us today. What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?
I think to be successful with whatever you do you need to be consistent . Being consistent will allow you to stay on the path you need to go on in order to have success in work. I developed this view of being consistent easy in work . The moment I stopped being consistent is the moment I seen shift in progress , things begin to slow down and that is the moment I realized I must stay consistent in any line of work Im in .
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
MY NAME IS KRISSY, I am the owner of THE BUBBLE BAR , an event styling company based in la but service Vegas and Arizona aswell. I am also a full time ON-AIR radio personality at HBRADIOLV. With major success in the event industry I have also decided to take my talents to radio . I got into the event industry with simple motivation from my daughter that sparked what now will be 3 years in the industry. I got into the radio industry with encouragement from close friends who were aware of my broadcasting background . My business the bubble bar is event planning and styling we are most known for working with companies like espy,zelle,paze,starry , Heineken & amazon as the lead designer at events. With known adding radio to my line of work it allows me to reach more people with my platform . I am most proud of being versatile , managing mom life while beginning my journey in radio as well as continuing my journey with the bubble bar and that expanding.

at HBRADIOLV I met my partner A-RON through our mutual friend DR. ROSE, my sister. They welcomed me with open arms and instantly it felt like a family environment .I am a true believer in everything happens for a reason because the night we met we weren’t even suppose to meet . Now im on a path in radio as well as continuing to expand THE BUBBLE BAR .
Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
I believe the best strategy for growing my clientele is personal branding and brand awareness . Showcasing my personality also plays a big part which is where being ON-AIR as a co host comes in . I am able to reach more people with The bubble bar being my solo business . This platform at HBRADIOLV gives me the opportunity to spread the word a lot faster in the community .
