The idea for Intimate Travel was born out of my deep appreciation for the transformative power of travel and the belief that every journey should be a unique and intimate adventure. Having explored various corners of the globe and encountered the diverse beauty our world has to offer, I recognized a gap in the travel industry. Many travelers were seeking more than just standard itineraries; they desired a deeper connection with the destinations they visited. This realization, coupled with a desire to curate tailor-made experiences that fostered meaningful connections, sparked the concept of Intimate Travel.
I envisioned a travel agency that goes beyond the ordinary, focusing on crafting intimate journeys that cater to the individual desires and preferences of each traveler. Whether it’s a romantic getaway, a family reunion, or a solo expedition, Intimate Travel is dedicated to curating experiences that resonate on a personal level.
The name “Intimate Travel” reflects the essence of what we aim to achieve – a close and personal connection with the destinations, cultures, and people that make each journey extraordinary. Hello! I’m Kristin Pleasant. A proud mother of two, fiance, daughter, sister, and loyal friend. Serial entrepreneur, out-of-the-box thinker, and willing to try anything once.

I have a weakness for stationery and a really good pen! I live by my daily to-do list. I love meeting new people and building long-lasting relationships. I wear a lot of hats in my everyday life but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?

Being a business owner is a rewarding yet challenging journey that demands resilience, dedication, and adaptability. The path to entrepreneurship is not easy, filled with unpredictable twists and turns that test both your skills and your character. From navigating financial hurdles to overcoming unforeseen obstacles, being a business owner requires a constant commitment to problem-solving and learning.
