At my core, I believe in a holistic approach to creating websites that truly make an impact. It’s not just about having beautifully written copy that captivates your audience – though that’s important. It’s also about ensuring that your website gets seen by the right people, at the right time. That’s where SEO comes into play.
While many website copywriters focus solely on writing compelling content, I take it a step further by including SEO in my packages. Why? Because I understand that having fantastic copy is only half the battle. Without the right SEO strategies in place, your website might as well be a needle in a haystack.
I’ve seen firsthand how combining copywriting with effective SEO techniques can skyrocket a business’s online presence. Just to highlight one example, my client received these benefits after working together: website clicks increased from 176 to 2k, impressions increased from 3k to 57k, organic traffic increased by 133%, and conversions increased by 128%.

In 2020, amidst the chaos of the pandemic, I took a leap and started my own business. What began as a way to earn some extra cash during uncertain times quickly evolved into something beyond my wildest dreams.
As I dived into the world of online business, I noticed a gap in the market. Sure, there were plenty of services offering either copywriting or SEO, but very few offered both. It dawned on me – having exceptional copy is fantastic, but without SEO, it’s like shouting into the void. Conversely, amazing SEO won’t mean a thing if your copy doesn’t resonate with your audience.
That’s when I made a bold decision to merge these two essential services. By combining top-notch copywriting with strategic SEO, I wanted to ensure that businesses had the best shot at not only ranking online but also converting visitors into loyal customers. This unique approach instantly set me apart from others in the industry.
My philosophy is simple yet powerful: for a website to truly succeed, it needs two key ingredients. First, compelling messaging that speaks directly to your target audience. And second, a meticulously crafted SEO strategy to drive traffic and generate leads.
Over the past four years, I’ve honed my process and developed a framework that consistently delivers results. Today, I have the privilege of collaborating with incredible women-owned businesses at every stage of their journey. Together, we refine their messaging and elevate their SEO game, empowering them to connect with their dream clients online and make a lasting impact with their websites.
Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?
As AI has become increasingly prevalent, I’ve found myself needing to pivot the way I market my business. Initially, there was a concern that AI might replace the need for human copywriters altogether. However, I quickly realized that while AI can certainly assist in generating content, there’s a unique value that human copywriters bring to the table.
So, I tweaked my messaging to highlight exactly why working with a copywriter remains crucial in this era of AI. Rather than seeing AI as a threat, I positioned it as a powerful tool that complements human creativity and intuition. While AI can churn out content based on data and algorithms, it lacks the emotional intelligence and nuanced understanding that humans possess.
I emphasize the importance of storytelling, brand voice, and connection – elements that AI struggles to replicate authentically. By partnering with a human copywriter, businesses can ensure that their messaging resonates on a deeper level with their audience, fostering trust, loyalty, and genuine engagement.
Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
In the fall of 2022, I made a decision to revamp my approach to social media. I realized that simply churning out filler content wasn’t going to cut it anymore. Instead, I shifted my focus towards creating high-quality, branded content that truly resonated with my target audience. I wanted to be known for my expertise in SEO and copywriting, so I started sharing my insights and opinions on these topics.
One of the key changes I made was to stop posting for the sake of it. Instead, I adopted a more intentional approach, only sharing content when I had something valuable to say and after I had invested quality time in crafting it. This shift in strategy allowed me to deliver content that was not only engaging but also genuinely helpful to my audience.
Moreover, I recognized the importance of applying my SEO knowledge to my social media accounts. By optimizing my content for searchability on platforms like Instagram, I was able to significantly boost my visibility and reach a wider audience.
Of course, building my social media presence didn’t happen overnight. It required dedication, consistency, and a willingness to adapt. Even when faced with minimal engagement, I remained steadfast in my efforts, constantly reviewing and refining my content to better serve my audience.
Additionally, I took my brand identity seriously, ensuring that my content remained cohesive in terms of fonts, colors, and content types. This helped to establish a strong and recognizable brand presence across all my social media platforms.
Most importantly, I stayed true to myself, steering clear of subpar content and always sharing my genuine opinions and insights. By staying authentic and focusing on delivering value to my audience, I was able to organically grow my social media following and establish myself as a trusted authority in my field.
For those just starting to build their social media presence, my advice would be to prioritize quality over quantity, stay consistent, and above all, be authentic. Find your niche, share your unique perspective, and don’t be afraid to showcase your expertise. And remember, building a strong social media presence takes time and effort, so stay patient and keep pushing forward.
